Easy, functional, and simple.
Packaging: 5/5 Came in a smaller footprint than expected and everything was packaged in an organized and thoughtful manner making unpacking a breeze.Assembly: Took less than 1 hr for 2 people to put together the whole thing. Way less parts than expected.Quality and Function: Works flawlessly without any issues. Definitely does its intended purpose of improving sleep quality.

Issue Resolved
Originally, I was not happy because it was hard to set up and then my zero gravity was not working. I contacted the seller and they sent an immediate response with the solution. The solution resolved the issue and now I am a very happy customer. My initial review was one star very dissatisfied but now I am very satisfied with five star.

love it
Had requested that frame be brought to my door due to being disable. Fed ex stated that no one informed them of this, so here again I am facing seeping on the floor with a frame that I have nobody to bring to my door. For that I give ano star. My grandchild asked a friend of hers if they could help and gratfully the came the next day and put it together. Very nice. love it.

Broke on the first use, free replacement part is on its way
This thing broke on its first use. With one person weighing 130 lbs in the king sized frame, we raised the head side up when suddenly plastic pieces shot out from underneath and it fell backward. It seems the lift arm overextended beyond its sheath.That said, the company responded immediately and sent me the replacement part. I haven't received it yet but I have a tracking number so for now I'm raising my 1 star rating to a 4. Adjustable beds usually cost twice what this one does so that's why I'm at 4 stars, at this point.

Will recommend!! I even had an issue where the buttons on the remote stopped working and was able to fix the issue really quick

Well made and works great!
Love, love, love this!!! It is seriously heavy so I had to have help carrying and I had a friend assemble. So far it works perfectly. All parts were there, came very well packed.

Excellent Value for the Price
Works well. I added the Bluetooth adapter so I can control the bed using my phone. My only suggestion would be to have it Alexa controlled.
