Large profile
Definitely feels “cheaper” than from the actual tempurpedic store but I still love it. It doesn’t feel as dense or heavy but it does do a good job with supporting the neck and shoulders. I definitely revisit for the price.

Highly recommended for neck/shoulder pain
Slept on a tempur Pedic for about 20 years now. Previously used soft only. Didn’t realize they made them firm like this one. This pillow pretty much eliminated my shoulder and neck pain. Very highly recommended. Great price.

Great buy
220 ibs man : the best pillow Ive found after changing several pillows- great for neck pain/ stiffness— good for price. Not too high, not too soft - just right 🙏🏼👍🏼

Short and super comfortable/supportive.
Perfect support for my head/sleeping style. I think the "soft firmness" is ideal (for me, but personal preferences may vary on this front; my spouse thinks the pillow is "too hard"). The only thing I do not like (and was something I was aware of and mentioned in reviews I perused prior to purchase) is that the pillow is "short"; it only takes up about 60% of the space in our king pillow cases. Not a huge deal for me personally, but it is just odd that they do not offer a "longer" version of this excellent pillow.

The SHAPE of this provides relief to back/side sleepers, but it is a bit too firm. will update
I am a back sleeper, very still and never move all night. The pillow is small (side to side) but works for me. I have the SAME version of this pillow, but it is older. My older one feels more gooey/dough like and my neck almost instantly molds to the old pillow compressing it very little. The newer version does not react as quickly to compress the foam and the foam is stiffer and firmer, not gooey/dough like so my head does rest a bit higher on this new one. Old foam Vs new foam is a completely different foam.+++What I love about this pillow is the SHAPE of it. This is what provides relief for my neck. If you happen to look at any contour pillows, they all market them as having 2 sides you can use. A 3.5" and a 4.3" are the typical measurements for those contour bumps. BUT if you want to use the 3.5" side, the other higher side still keeps your head up too high pushing your chin into your neck. The center slope is not low enough either. I consider that a major design flaw that they used in a way to market it to more people, large or small. It does not work for smaller people.Temperpedic has designed these CORRECTLY so you pick your own size pillow!! Small, medium, or large. These are the sizes of the contour bump heights, NOT the size/width of the pillow! I LOVE the design of this pillow, it is perfect for me having only one smaller contour and the other end flat. My chin is NOT pushed into my neck. Just a bit too firm, but not skin numbing firm. Not sure if I will keep it or not just yet.For side sleeping, this pillow's shape works for me too. My shoulders are not broad and my mattress is extremely soft so my shoulders do sink more into my mattress so a high pillow is not required for me for side sleeping. Again though, the pillow is a bit too firm and does not mold to my head/neck nearly as much as my old original Tempurpedic pillow does. I may try to heat it with a hair dryer or put it in the dryer first to see if that does anything for it before using it next. I wished they offered this in different densities.

I am going to purchase the medium as well
it is a really great pillow. And I had one from them before that I loved. But I must have gotten the medium. This time I bought the large and it is just too big for me. I am, however, going to order the medium. Because I really loved my pillow that I had before. And I especially like the firmness of their pillow. It is firm, but yet it is not too hard that it hurts my head, but it supports me nicely with its firmness.

Tried them all, so far so good
Update 1/29/25 - i kept rolling off in the middle of the night and developed a bad pinched nerve in between my shoulder blades. Not sure if it's related. It was too firm for me too.I've tried several cervical pillows but had to send them back because they were too high. They start out working, but after a month im rolling off in the middle of the nighr. This one at least comes 3" in the small and fits much better. It's still very firm, but usually when I wake up it seems to fit me perfectly. I sleep on my back and side usually and am still able to with this pillow. My right fingers used to fall asleep and they no longer do. I dont have headaches anymore either. Sometimes I stand/sit on the pillow to soften it up, per the Tempurpedic website. Overall pretty pleased.
