I am using the back brace as I have Sciatica and causes my lower back pain to also go into buttocks and legs. I started using this back brace and it is easy to put on and adjust to your needs. I use it at work as I am a professor at a University that keeps me on my feet most of the day. This back brace works very well to stop the pain so I can make it through the day. Buy based on size. Bought 2x-3x for hubs, he says it fits like a glove and has done wonders for his back! He feels much more relief!

I have lower back issues and I have purchased many back braces through the years this one so far is good and would recommend as a alternative to other back braces. But don't take my word for it try one today what do you have to lose.

I am a 72 y/o woman that cleans houses! I was having so much pain by the end of the day, I felt it was time to retire! I saw this on TV and thought “why not”! It has turned out to be the best decision I have made! I no longer feel stiff and tired after wearing it while I work!! It truly does what it’s advertised to do!!

This is third different back brace I have owned and it provided the most support of all. Plus, reduces the amount of pain I sometimes have.

Height 5'3". I will be returning this item but thought I'd do a quick review of why. It feels very bulky and was not comfortable for someone with a shorter torso. It might work better for someone taller. The size Medium did fit circumferentially but was too tall in the torso and felt very bulky. It is well designed, well made and sturdy. Just be aware that if you are shorter it may feel too bulky or big.

High quality but the brace is high - so ir doesn't nestle into the small of your back
