As others have stated, this thing is a beast. Very heavy duty. I wasn't sure that the air spring wasn't too much for my monitor. My Dell 32" ultrasharp is listed at 17.7 lbs. I took the mount out to the shop, clamped it in the bench vise and loaded it with 17.5 lbs. of barbell weights. With the adjustment screw all the way to the negative, it was right on the egde. Now that it's in place, it works very well. If your monitor is less than about 17.5 lbs., you might want to look elsewhere. Those resourceful folks out there might be able to use some sort of ballast to counterbalance the air spring. As usual, a 2 hour job morphed into several days. That's just the way the universe works. In my old age, I've finally learned to slow down , walk away and go have a cup of coffee. It always helps if you have an extra pair of hands. All in all, I'm totally satisfied with this thing. Does precisely what I want and the price was right.

Highest Quality. I bought a second one fearing I would net be able to get another one when I mount the second monitor later this year. I bought this meaty mount for a 32" SAMSUNG that is on the lower end of the weight range. The suspension spring is adjustable and I found moving the monitor is effortless, up down, sideways with no adjustment necessary. I could not be happier. These mounts use three smaller lag bolts to hit one stud and they are rock solid. The arm sweep is considerable for positioning yet throughout the range, the monitor remains rock solid. EXACTLY what I wanted. I had the second one hung in five minutes.

As of now. The first one busted quick and the second one is fine but my comp is 39 pounds. Says it can hold up to 44.. I’m going to mess w/ the + and - and see if that helps but as of now.. not useable..Any help will be great. Not comfortable keeping it like that for long as that’s is a work comp.UPDATE- it can handle weight. It’s already in the tighten state. You have to loosen the mount that’s directly on the back w/ the hexagon screw, then place the comp in the position you want.. then LOCK IT BACK!

It feels very well built, and the installation instructions were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. It looks great with a 32” monitor.

Total junk, using the Allen wrench to adjust positive or negative does nothing. It just springs right back up, it says don’t over tighten, well it doesn’t matter because it won’t hold no matter how little or much you tighten it. Thank god I didn not complete mounting to the wall they should pay for my drywall repair.

Unfortunately it can't be used with a standing table and the movement is very limited but the seller is kind enough to work with you and even provides guidance if you run into any issue. I am completely satisfied with the customer service and quick response from them.
