You can never know the comfort level buying online. I saw this car cushion went higher up for shoulders & neck & I thought I would try. Glad I did. I have back & neck issues. This was perfect in my rogue. Not only does it support the back well, but the upper body is supported with shoulders and neck, so I’m sitting more straight up and not hunched into the seat with shoulders rolling forward. It is also cool & breathable in the hot weather. On the chilly am’s I used the seat warmer with no issues. The memory foam is just the right support too- not too hard and not too soft. I was able to adjust the height of cushion pretty easily & it was easy to affix to my car seat. It’s a good thickness that keeps my back supported & upper back straight. I also love the neutral classy color & design. It was a good value since it’s the best one I have ever used. It definitely helps with my posture and in turn pain relief.

This back rest is insanely comfortable! The high back provides great support and my posture has improved. I also got the sciatica seat cushion (same brand). I don't have sciatica, but my bum has never been happier! Highly recommend both products, would absolutely buy again for the car or long flights.

Very good cushion! I have one for my office chair, and one in my vehicle. They give my injured back support and comfort that I need. I bought them for 2 friends and a cousin also. It relieves our back pain. Good quality item. Functions well. We all love this comfy cushion support. I recommend it!

Works well to support

Looked like a good solution. However it is too thick and actually makes my back hurt more. I tried filling it upside down as well. Spouse tried it, and also felt it was too deep to be used on the computer chair. It is nicely made. It is soft and supportive.

I have several chronic back issues, and this cushion has served me well for over a year now! It's very comfortable and uses memory foam. I really needed something that curved towards me for my upper back/shoulder area, which was shockingly hard to find. This was exactly what I needed, I love it!

This back rest provided no "rest" - is is HARD AS A ROCK. You can squish it between your fingers if you squeeze HARD, but there's no flexibility to mold to your back. If you just need something to push your back forward in a chair that is too deep, this might work for you, but I couldn't even stand it for an hour. THUMBS DOWN.

The cushion is soft ,comfortable and seems to be well made. The lumbar support has a big arch which feels supportive. The double straps work well to keep it in place.
