Best irrigation multi tool I have used

Great tool. For closing out projects, we are required to give tools that can service everything we install (RCV's/ sprinklers/ SOV's/QCVs). Instead of giving them 4-6 different tools, we just give them this and everything is satisfied.

Great multi tool over all. I lost a SOG multi tool to leaving it in a bag at the airport and having to toss it (sad day). This was a budget buy for some outdoor work I have been having to do, but may just replace the sog all together. My only gripes so far is the opening function is not super smooth, albeit snappy, and the wire stripper didn't seem to work. (it just isn't sharp) The filter cleaning tool is damn near impossible to pull out and I am not sure how if you keep your nails trimmed you are supposed to get a majority of the tools out. (even then, idk) However, when out, the piano locks keep the tools in place and the tools themselves all feel of quality. They feel good in the hand, but if you have small hands, this is not the tool for you. It's chunky and feels like the right weight for its size. The outside is smooth and when you have wet hands, it can be a little cumbersome to open at times. (or at least new.. Once this bad boy has some scratches and has been worn down, I can tell it will be a beast) As for the sprinkler adjustment portion I haven't quite figured that out. I have a hunter system and so far this only fits the flat-heads on the sprinklers themselves, and the phillips on most things it should (pumps etc). The $5 tool Hunter sells seems more useful for working on the heads themselves, so I have yet to use this on them as I feel it would just mar them. Nevertheless, I never thought this would be a replacement for such a fine tool as my SOG, but as I use it more and more daily, it tends to have just what I need, and I find myself yearning for the SOG less and less. (The geared action is just so pleasant on them though) If you are looking for a good multi tool and want something to help around the house and in the yard especially this is a great tool.

I really enjoy using this tool for irrigation. I’ve been using it for 7 years now and I’m happy spending every penny on it.

As an irrigation tech that uses a multi tool constantly, it’s been awesome having irrigation specific tools on my multi tool. I hope it lasts.

Bought this for my husband who is into landscaping, and has worked in the business for years. The tool has come in handy both in the workplace, as well as in our yard at home. The tool itself is of durable materials, well constructed, and easy to use.
