This blanket is great!! I wanted something that would keep me warm at my daughter's outdoor sporting events. I'm always cold so I originally was looking for a cordless electric blanket but many I looked at were pretty pricey. I saw the reviews for this and also the comments people made about it being waterproof and thought I'd check it out. Definitely not disappointed. Over the past two weekends my husband and I have been at 2 all day lacrosse tournaments in elements ranging from extreme wind and cold to downpours. This blanket kept us warm and comfortable through it all. I'm considering buying another to keep in our other car. Haven't washed it yet but care instructions seem pretty easy. I hardly ever give reviews but just got home from a game were we would have been drenched and miserable had we just had an umbrella. In addition to our umbrella we covered up with this (it's large enough for 2 adults to comfortably share) and it kept us and our stuff dry. So happy I purchased this.

This is as warm as it says! I love the little side loops that can faster so it stays wrapped around you. The outside shell is great and not too crinkly or noisy when you fold it or move around in it (unlike some other brands I have tried). The inside fleece is soft to the touch and the print is just as pictured. It rolls up nicely and easily fits back into the tote bag. the optional strap is nice to have as well. The zippered pocket is also great. I plan to use this as a spectator for track, cross country and outdoor swim meets when the weather is cooler or wet. I bought a second one for my daughter to have with her as she has breaks between events/races. It would also be a great blanket just to lay on the ground to have a place to sit, especially if the ground is damp. Excited to use it.

if youre goimng for a trip in the mountains or work or in a place where theres an ac on all the time this is the blanket for me i live in a cold enviroment where the ac is on my head all the time i wanted something that i will be compacy warm soft brathable and weather durable and got this blanket i havnt gotten any other than this one its durable wether ressitanrt i like to sleep warm this one help me so much theres no lint i highly recomen it best blanket ever also i sweat alot and i forgot to wash it no oder was left best value for your money

Durable, but bulky. Nylon side is great for the beach, wet grass, etc. The fleece side is comfy to sit on, and very warm. I use this blanket as a sofa throw too. Super easy to machine wash and dry. But it is large and bulky, so not vey easy to cary in hands. The storage bag’s handle is very short - you can not fit it over the shoulder. And I wish the bag was a bit roomier, so the blanket fits back easier. The blanket and the bag remind me more of a sleeping bag set up than of an easily foldable picnic cover, but the quality of the blanket is very nice and it seems like it will last forever. Also, the blanket itself is large - probably enough for 4 people even. Good quality overall - just uncomfortable to carry by hand.

After a whole lacrosse season, I can confirm that dry grass does NOT stick to either the slick side or the soft fleece side. It shakes right off. Also, it is wind resistant and did great on damp grass. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing picnic blanket, really the best I've ever had. Since I got it in 2019 it has been my trusty companion for picnics, camping trips, fireworks, parades, watching sunsets by a lake, you name it. It works great on cold damp ground to keep me warm and dry, with just enough padding to make the lumpy ground comfortable. It's a good size for multiple people, and I've had picnics with 5 people on it. It's even made a comfortable sleeping bag pad for impromptu camping under the stars, and was surprisingly warm on a chilly summer night. It washes well, and has maintained it's waterproofing and durability really well. During the winter, I keep it in my car in case I get stuck snowed in somewhere inconvenient, and during the summer it's a constant companion for outdoor adventures. It's surprisingly compact, especially with the stuff sack. I have another blanket that I got at a grocery store a few years ago, and this is lighter, packs significantly smaller, is warmer and better padded. I love the little pocket for keeping track of things while using the blanket too. This thing has been so versatile for dates, family gatherings, and visits with friends. I really can't recommend it enough.

I love these blankets and already own 2 of the plaid ones and just added a third. They're well made and the quilting prevents the slip you typically get with this style of waterproof ground blanket. In fact, if you're new to these kinds of blankets - don't ever buy one without quilting, it will drive you nuts. These DownUnders are lightweight but feel thick enough to add some fair cushioning and softness. I have a high-end $250 version from a well known brand and two cheaper (unquilted) ones and this feels solidly in the middle and is very fairly priced. I actually reach for these most often because of the lightweight factor. They're great for picnics, camping and outdoor activities. I also have one dedicated to my 12 yr old golden retriever that loves sitting on the porch or back deck, but the hard surfaces aren't great on her joints and this keeps her clean and nicely cushioned and dry in all kinds of weather, even when the ground is damp after the rain. These blankets also machine wash incredibly well and dry quickly in the sun for re-use. Excellent brand and quality! Mine still look like new even after heavy use and washing over the years.

Great quality rugs that double as blankets. The perfect sized item for the back of the car for the beach, football or unexpected picnic. I originally purchased one for my son but was so impressed that the whole family is now sporting one in the back of their car.
