Vertical Blinds Replacement Stem and Gear Used for Headrail, Carrier Stem Vertical Blinds Curtain Accessories（12 Sets）

Just what I needed! Installed in mere seconds and I was able to put vertical blinds back in these locations on the blind rail. Excellent product, reasonably priced and did the job! Thank you! Feb 3, 2026 Update Ordered a second set because I was so happy with the first. Did not disappoint! Was able to replace broken stems and gears easily and all the blinds in my home now work perfectly. These were great and fit my blinds perfectly. I was able to fix my blinds and save some $$ not buying new ones. Caution though. The clips are delicate and easily broken if mishandled but they work.

I had 2 blinds that no longer turned. After some head scratching I was able to figure out how the turning mechanism was meant to work, and with a little further fussing (because of the small parts) got everything to work as it should.

Blinds work like new again

I contacted two blinds conpanies about repairing a blind in my living room, one told me it would be better to replace the whole blind at a cost of $210.00 the other wanted $175.00 to come out and repair the blind. A friend told me to look on you tube and find a video about repairing blinds, and sure enough there was one, so after watching the video, these stems/gears worked excellent, easy to pop in and the repair was completed, saved me Big money!

It shows a rectangular piece of plastic with teeth on top. This is the correct plastic insert for 20 yr. old or newer blinds. It does not show how to insert it into a "stem with a horizontal gear on top." As it turns out, without the rectangular insert that measures 0.53" ln x 0.22" hi, the new replacement "stem with gear on top " will rotate freely in a circle and screw everything up! Excessive light will enter through the edges of the plastic planes meant to block all light. This is the exact spot where so-called apartment repair professionals screw up. When replacing the vertical blind stems they break and throw away these little rectangular pieces. That is all the makers of this kit need to do is to show how to instal them. I needed to remove one and bring it down for examination, but I got pooped. If this little itty bitty is not done right, you are up to buying a new kit. I rent and greedy apartment managers, will not let anyone improve anything.

Excellent! Just what I needed to replace a missing blind slat. The carrier and stem fit into the slot and like magic , I attached the blind that was missing. Yay!

I was happy to see these available to replace broke one. I had a father that thought they hang righ he could twist them -- you can't. When I saw these on Amazon I was excited to fix the broken ones so it didn't look so bad. When they arrived I was pleased with the quality and inclosion of an extra gear so they turn smoothly. My issue is that there is no instructions on how to replace them in the mechanism. Ended up at the blind store requesting assistance.

Time consuming to install but absolutely worth it
