We bought this compression sleeve to help manage swelling on a persistent sprained ankle and it did the job! It wasn't so tight as to be unbearable, but provided some support and enough compression to keep swelling minimized even while being on the ankle most of the day. I was easy to slip on and use and comfortable enough to wear with a sock and a regular tennis shoe. The sleeve is also easy to wash and retains its same blend of stretch and compression. We bought the XL first b/c other reviews said if you're on the low end of a size, buy the larger size, but that was not the right move for us. We returned the XL and have made good use of the L since then.

I use this brace for work. I have planter fasciitis and Achillies tendonitis in right foot. At work I use just the strap with compression socks, I stand for 9-10 hours a shift. I find the strap to fit well, not to tight, and mobility is not limited. The design and quality is really good. I have warn just the strap for over a week with a couple of washings in a garment bag and have had no issues with it coming apart. If you follow the supplied directions, it is easy to put on. When I am off work, I wear the copper sleeve and strap around the house. I have found both provide comfort while at home and work, while not a cure it does help lessen the pain substantially.

Amazing deal! Great quality for the price.... The velcro is strong so i recommend attaching it to the strap itself to not wear out the sock. The sock itself gives great comfort, relief as it has its pressure. The strap just solidifies it.

This works well for light sprains and adding extra support for walking or exercising, however they’re not the best option for recovering from moderate to severe ankle sprains.The design makes them very easy to understand and use — the straps are thin enough where you don’t feel it much and doesn’t make your shoe super tight. Although sometimes they don’t stay in place that well when worn for more than a few hours. It started sliding and the strap dug in a bit when I was on my feet for a while.Overall if you have a bad sprain that needs a longer recovery, definitely look into something sturdier to start. I’m glad I have these around for minor sprains and support, just in case.

I've been dealing with Plantar fasciitis of the heel pretty bad with no relief. The reviews I read made me buy this ankle brace and when I tell you I'm so glad I did. I just got mine yesterday, so I wore it to bed and kept it on overnight. When I got up this morning I was able to walk without using my cane to take the weight off my right foot. I barely felt any pain. I'm so surprised and glad at the same time. My right heel was hurting me so bad when I got out of bed in the morning it felt like my foot was gonna fall off. 😂🤦‍♀️ Also, it felt like it may have been a little too tight when I first put it on, but it felt fine after having it on for a little while. It's not too thick or too thin, either. It's definitely not cheap material. Feels pretty durable. Just be careful not to stick the velcro patches on the strap to the sock. It will ruin it. Stick the velcro to the strap itself.

I have been having significant heel and outer ankle pain and was diagnosed with peroneal tendonitis. I ordered this little brace and WOW. I was not expecting the amount of relief it gave, but I’m so glad I ordered! The package comes with 2 braces and two straps. One can be washed while wearing the other- that’s great, because I’ve been wearing this thing every day! I wear the straps as extra support when I walk; I do 3-4 miles per day and this helps so much. I can even sleep in it! Doesn’t irritate my skin, it’s very adjustable and so far the quality is great. Recommend it 10/10!

I just received the ankle brace/sock, put them on and had instant results. As others have said in their reviews, the sock part is soft and light yet firm support without being tight around the foot opening or the ankle opening. The sock alone would’ve been adequate but the additional stretchy straps bring it over the top. I have ankles that roll occasionally and that just topples me over. It appears I can get these into my shoes, particularly my high top hiking boots and athletic shoes. I’ve had good experience in the past with copper infused Compression socks for swelling and varicose veins, and I have no reason to believe that this ankle brace will not serve as well. Time will tell but so far so good!I have the same question that another reviewer raised, and that is our package states there is a free gift included, see the picture. What might that free gift be? Because there was nothing in the package besides the pair of socks and the two elastic braces.

I have plantar fas, in my right foot I was skeptical at first, but just after 1 night of sleeping in this (roughly 5 hrs) I stepped out of bed with no pain, usually it feels like im stepping in gravel barefoot, when I get out of bed. The next day at work, 10hrs in the OR on my feet, I made it almost all my shift before I started feeling any discomfort, and that was just from SLEEPING in it! The straps are a little tight,so unless your wearing it for strict support, the compression of the sleeve was enough for me

I found the product doesn’t offer much support. Then I tried to return it and it had to be approved for return. Finally it was approved but now I have to pay for the return. Amazon should state this on their site. Very unfair. I’ll probably have to keep the product now.
