I call this one All-in-One, a Probiotic that supports your digestive system, promotes better sleep along with supporting occasional stress. There’s nothing else better out there in the market. Not only my gut has been regulated, my sleep has improved and I’ve noticed lower stress levels. I would not go back to any other probiotic out there. Bio-K+ Extra has a unique formula that is clinically supported, contains 25 billion CFU and 125 mg of Sensoril Ashwagandha that is from leaf & root extract for maximum efficacy.

This is the only probiotic I’ve taken that simply works as it says it will. Noticeable results in about 10 days.

I have taken Ashwagandha in the past to make me feel more calm, and it has worked fairly well for me. But this is the first time I have seen probiotics combined with Ashwagandha in the same supplement. I was curious enough to give it a try, although I have never heard of Bio-K before. However, after doing some research on the company, they do seem to be reputable brand of supplements. After taking this for a few days, I can tell that the Ashwagandha is making me feel more relaxed, just like other brands I have taken before. It's too early for me to know if the probiotics are doing anything, but I will update this review later if I notice more changes in how I feel.

I was sent two packages of expired probiotics

I take probiotics every day, and I tend to combine them with each other or rotate the blends/brands to ensure that I'm getting all the needed microflora in my gut. So I'm always interested to try new supplements. Bio-K Extra (with stress support) is a shelf-stable blend of three probiotics: Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Each capsule contains about 65mg of this blend, or 12.5 billion CFU. In addition, each capsule contains about 62.5mg of ashwagandha, which is branded as "Sensoril" (aka withania somnifera). Because it has some ashwagandha in it, I take it at night. It doesn't knock me out, probably because I only take one capsule daily, and not two (and two is the recommended dose on the label). I don't take this in lieu of other probiotic blends, but in addition to them. If you're looking for a simple probiotic with potential stress reduction -- maybe for travel, since this doesn't require refrigeration-- consider this one.

Another great product from this maker. Something to take to ease dinner and sleep well. I like that. It’s a different combination that is effective with keeping me relaxed and sleep better because my stomach isn’t going on all night. Good product.
