I was very skeptical of these at first. So skeptical that I set them aside when they arrived and didn't bother trying them for a while.I assumed that they would feel weird and uncomfortable under my foot, especially when layered on top of each other.I finally decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised to find that I barely noticed the ledge under my foot. The raised side does seem to help correct my foot positioning. Not entirely (I have very fallen arches) but there is a noticeable improvement.They are very comfortable as well and add some nice cushioning. The price point is not bad either.Unfortunately, I can't wear them with arch support insoles, as they seem to work best on a flat surface and those tend to be very curved. However, they are working well in my work shoes, which are more dressy and have a flat insole.

The Corrective Insoles for Supination and Pronation are quite thin and don't feel very stable when stacking the layers on top of each other. While the concept is good for adjusting foot alignment, the lack of stability makes them less effective for long-term use. They might work better as individual layers, but as a stack, they don't offer the support I was expecting.

They do take some time to get used to, but seem to have improved his gait somewhat. For the price, try them out they might be exactly what you're looking for!

Postop, One of my ankles now turns outward rather than in. These definitely help to better position my ankle. Recommend you give them a try.

I have had problems with one particular foot with constant pain when I am walking at work. I was thinking that my foot was turning in slightly and I could correct it with these insoles. I used one layer first off for not much of a drastic change and there was no relief even after several days of wear. I do not know if this is what I need or what and would suggest an expert for real help in this area. You get enough wedges to try different adjustments and if you know what you need these will help. The product is fine I am not sure that it is what I need.

These came in a ziplock bag which was inside a larger sealed ziplock bag. The heel cushions seem comfortable so far. Each piece has a sticky backing to it. I did not use the sticky part, as I wanted to try the different heights to see what is most comfortable and also so it can be used in different shoes. Since the material is soft with both the clear and opaque pieces, I expect them to flatten out over time due to the high amount of pressure put on them from body weight, especially when standing in them all day long. I would consult a podatrist or a physical therapist prior to using these to make sure that you use them in the correct way or to see if you would even need these.

I ordered this item to put in my son's shoes and it was sliding to the sides. Not happy.
