After comparing a bunch of options, I decided on the Gydom Smartwatch — and I’m so glad I did. The watch worked great right out of the box. It delivered exactly what I wanted: reliable fitness and health tracking, an easy‑to‑use app, and even access to a health community to help keep you motivated if you want that. There are also plenty of watch face options, which was a fun bonus. After about three months, the backlight stopped working. I reached out to customer service and was blown away by how quickly they responded. They sent me a replacement in just over a week — during the Christmas holiday, no less. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is a company that genuinely stands behind its product. I highly recommend both the watch and the brand. Watch is comfortable to wear. Easy to set up. Does have a plan you can subscribe to and you can get different watch faces for no cost, & other features. I personally don't subscribe to it. I feel like I shouldn't have to subscribe after I bought the watch. My personal opinion. It seems to do a good job for what I wanted it for. Just a watch, measure steps and heart rate, and measures sleep cycles. I like the way it looks also, easy to fasten. Easy to read, even without readers. The battery last a couple days which is nice. Does work with called & text. You can adjust voulumn on the watch w/o phone near during call.

Love mine. It works well and has tracking for fitness, weight, water consumption, etc which is great if you're using it for fitness and not just as a watch. I haven't figured it out yet. I still have to dig my phone out to respond. It was super easy to pair it with my phone and to sync data. Overall, it's a really nice watch for the price

I’ve been really enjoying this Gydom watch. I bought a set for my wife and myself, and we’re both happy with them. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day. For the price, the features are surprisingly good. It has health tracking, sleep monitoring, Alexa, and more. Setup was quick and painless using the VeryFit app, and pairing it with my phone was super easy. I also like being able to change the watch face, and answering calls through the watch honestly makes me feel like a Power Ranger. Overall, it’s a great smartwatch for the price and definitely worth it.

I've been wearing this watch for about 10 days now and it's got a couple issues. I do have some health problems that should be noted such as POTS so my heart rate jumps 40-50 beats quite rapidly multiple times a day and sometimes this watch seems to struggle to keep up. I've also noticed that it will stop counting calories burned. I've been awake and moving for 13 hours but it's been stuck at 95 calories almost all day. However when I open the app it says 1451 calories, which is also not accurate because I haven't been that active today. I've logged 4500 steps but I don't know if that's accurate either, however the watch is still linked to my phone and all the other stats are changing minus the calories. This has happened multiple times. I've tried restarting it but I don't think it ever really catches up, it just has to start over the next day. It doesn't stay on the home screen and keeps migrating to the call screen, which I literally never use. I walked on my treadmill and it said I had walked a mile when my treadmill said I'd walked .48 miles and again, who knows which is right. I do like using it to track my sleep, heart rate and stress level. My heart rate fluctuates between 64 and 145. Again, yay POTS.

Excellent product. Very easy to set up. Mine also arrived 95% charged. Compatible with IPhone and Android users, so you can make calls through the Bluetooth function. In order to use the watch, the VeryFit app must be downloaded to the your mobile and then they must be paired. It also has Alexa, and that's great because you can ask it to tell you the weather, set alarms or control smart devices at home. It also supports messages or notifications from dozens of applications, such as Facebook,WhatsApp, SMS, emails etc. Sleep Monitor and Sleep Duration, Heart Rate Monitor, Blood Oxygen Sp02, Breath Monitor, Pedometer, Calorie Tracker we can reject or answer them from the watch itself, we can make a call by dialling using a numeric keypad on the watch or from your contacts list. It does not make calls with a voice function. You get notifications from WhatsApp, Facebook and various other apps, although they can't be answered from the watch! There are 110 different sports modes, through the VeryFit app, Including pilates, rowing, badminton, curling squats, golf, sit ups, Hiking, cycling, and lots more. Other Functions Include Clock, Alarm, Calculator, Calendar, etc. Receiving and making calls, accessing frequent contacts, receiving notifications, etc. Health monitoring: heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep monitoring, etc. menstrual cycle monitoring, stress levels multimedia playback control, camera control, heart rate measurements, We can choose from many dials for free or create a personalised one based on a photo. It has a breathable silicone strap which is very comfortable to wear. It has an IP68 certification for resistance to water and dust, which makes it perfect, whether you are an athlete or not. I’m sure there are other things I have not mentioned or found as yet! I haven’t charged my watch. It arrived yesterday at 95% battery and now after a lot of fiddling about and learning my phone 24hrs later it’s at 68% So I think the battery is quite impressive.

Llevo año y medio con él y estoy encantada, buena calidad precio, funciona perfectamente, no pesa nada y destacar que tuve que ponerme en contacto con él vendedor por un problema que tuve en la pantalla y me solucionaron el problema que tenía enseguida. Como decía, estoy encantada
