7- Fire Smoked Sea Salt 1.5 oz

Smokey, delicious! I understand why it's called Scorpion. It bites a bit, but the sting is short. I don't know why but T. Scorpion pepper flakes are the ONLY heat I can handle. (I don't get it either) Great on everything, buckle up and enjoy! If your gut is sensitive..I highly recommend. Smokey, not super salty, just a perfect balance on a lot of foods. I tend to put this on almost everything. Buying again today since I'm almost out already. I'm absolutely hooked!

I use the sea salt for chocolate chip cookies. It gives them a little something extra. A little goes a long way so use sparingly.

This salt smelled like chemicals but tasted fine on food. The one big problem I find is the jar is shaped as if it should have an inner lid with holes in it so you can shake it on food. The opening is too small to get anything more than one (small) finger in it so you’re at risk of dumping a bunch of salt on your food. Had it open for probably no more than a week (lid was screwed on tight) and it caked up. It wasn’t used over hot food (used it once) and it’s not humid here at all right now so no idea why that happened. I tried using a dinner knife to loosen it up and chipped the glass jar in the process. Little shards of glass too hard to see were on my counter so I threw the whole thing out afraid of some being in the product. Won’t order again.

Just a quick heads up, most of the stuff online or in stores that you can buy is made synthetically with ingredients like 2,4-dithiapentane which is a chemical that simulates the flavor and aroma of truffle made products. This is one of maybe a few products that doesn't have this artificial/natural chemical aroma/flavor. This salt is the real deal with only two ingredients, salt and truffle. I have bought so many products like salt, oil, spices, ketchup, etc that all have artificial truffle flavorings added to it and I'm so ecstatic about finding this real truffle salt that's all natural with real Italian truffles. I know what real genuine truffles smell and taste like and this is the REAL DEAL GOOD STUFF!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing product. I will be a repeat customer for sure now.
