I saw a review from Hipyo Tech and had to check this out. Being inspired by the custom keyboard market, this really is a nice intro for people interested. The accessories and stickers are top tier. The packaging is great. The typing experience is superb. The NX ultra browns actually feel tactile and are not afraid to be what they need to be, tactile. I tried the NX blue switches also, but didn't prefer them because of the typing feel. The blues sound more thocky than most blues, way less annoying than others, but the feedback wasn't working for me, I like GX blues from logitech better. The volume rocker works well enough, though it's prone to accidental mute press, they should have changed the angle back a bit to prevent that or just made it knob like they should have. The RGB shines through very well in the daylight and nighttime. The keyboard is pretty thocky stock. It feels great and you can notice that it's lubed decently well. In stock form, I feel there is no need to mod it, though it comes with everything needed if you desired to. I found them on sale open box in great condition, just make sure to double check for the wireless adapter, because one was missing from one of the open box items I bought and had to return it just because of that since asus said the wireless adapter can't be sent to me, I would have to replace the whole keyboard, no thanks, i'll just return it and avoid the pain. This keyboard is highly recommended if you want a premium typing or gaming experience. Personally though, I would not pay full price at 250. You can find world class custom keyboards like the QK75N, Zoom75, Jris75 and others around that range. I find this for 157 open box like new, good deal.

Just buy it... I've got many keyboards I switch in and out... always looking for "the one." I have some 60% I travel with or use when my desk is very cluttered but had been looking for a TKL size replacement for some time. Then I found this 75% that is truly perfect. I bought the blue switches for the click and tactile nature but it's so quiet you can barely here them... there is just enough click to keep me happy. All the stabilizers are well beyond expectations and the sound of the overall keyboard out of the box is very "thonky" for those looking for that sound. Keycaps have just enough texture that my fingers don't get lost and the RGB shines more than bright enough in normal light to see everything. The OLED is great, not necessarily needed but nice to have since it's already there. The amount of accessories is phenomenal, more than enough to get someone interested in custom keyboards going. Thus the next point, if I decide I want different switches or caps... they are easily replaceable. The only thing that is frustrating is the software, which you don't have to have due to the OLED screen but is definitely useful. It's simply not good at all. I have spent hours getting it to find the keyboard with it "searching" and needing permission to find the keyboard and my other ASUS devices almost every single time I launch it. Yea, it was worked great but seemed to forget every single ASUS device connected because I closed it... I have been building PCs since the 80s and IT well over 30 years and never had these issue with any program I personally chose or wanted to use. I'm not taking a star of for this because most everything that I want to do can be done from the keyboard itself but please ASUS, fix this software, you have amazing products, invest resources to fix your software. I would highly, and in fact already have to multiple friends, recommend this keyboard, especially if you can get it close to $200.
