Mi puerta es 1 cm más gruesa, pero había lugares donde quitaron el pestillo y lo hicieron 2cm más largo y solo compré los dos tornillos más largos también 1y medio más largo y pude ponerlo en mi puerta! Estoy muy feliz. Es increíble y puedes ponerle nombre a cada huella digital que ingreses para identificar quién entra y la hora y poder eliminarlas

I purchased this lock as a replacement for another brand, and I truly regret it. After two months of use, I’m starting to lose my patience with it. The response time is very slow, and it makes noises as if it’s working when I enter my PIN, but nothing actually happens. The auto‑unlock feature only works on the second attempt—it unlocks, locks again, and then finally locks. The mobile app is also very disappointing. Every time I open it, I’m asked to enter my username and password again, and I never receive any notifications over Wi‑Fi. Overall, I’m really disappointed with this product.

Works great easy to install

So I have had this for a few weeks now and it's been great. Once you get everything set up it all seems to work well and is easy to use. The security and value for the money seems good. It was easy to connect to my WiFi as well. The lock function works well but you need to make sure your lock can freely move it in and out without the need to push or pull on the door. If you don't it will give and error code of something blocking the lock. The only real negative is the door sensor that attaches to the door frame. It is not very practical. I have already knocked it off several times to the point I just removed it. If you have room to use it, where you won't bump into it coming in our out, you can use it. Just didn't work on my set up but I have found it was not needed for me.
