Overall, I do like this case. However, I have 3 complaints that are not deal breakers.Pros:>Charges well and rather fast for 5500mAh.>Uses standard USB-C charge cable that came with the phone.>Good grip without being a 'pocket grabber'>Although it gets warm (expected) I have yet to experience a time where I thought it was 'too warm'>Holds phone snug, yet easy to insert and remove the phone if needed.>Not overly heavy for 5500mAhCons:>No 'lip' at top and bottom of screen like most cases. This leaves the screen exposed 100%. If you lay your phone with the screen down, the glass is touching the object you laid your phone on.>The charge level indicator is not a simple bar graph or row of dots, but rather a color code. Now I have to memorize what white, green, blue and red mean. (Green is not full charge, white is)>When you unplug the case with phone installed, it is 'OFF' by defaultI mainly use this for playing Pokémon Go. On event days If I start the day with case and phone at 100%, I can play with screen ON, GPS going, constant data streaming, constant interaction, constant video changes and play for 5 1/2 hours before the phone starts dropping from 100%. The phone by itself lasts about 2 hours.I would buy again.

It's works as it states. Yoy can charge the phone and charger together. It charges the phone first then the case. It does charge case but slowly until phone is charged. Warning! It gets hot when charging, no cooling technology in it other than a overheat protection. But has never hurt my phone. I usually let it charge alittle, cut it off, and after a while go back to charging my phone

Horrible! Recieved my item yesterday, place case on phone and for 1.) Doesnt protect screen. 2.) Didnt work at all, plugged in case with phone attached and would begin to charge but within a minute it would stop charging and repeat. Try to charge without phone in case and wouldnt even charge. 3.) Very hard to get phone out of case, extremely tight fit had to use a butter knife in between then edges and push it out. Returning this item immediately.

Excellent product. Shipper used Ontrac which delayed my delivery. Not sellers fault. Charges fast, nice protection and efficient.

"I've only had it for a week but so far there aren't any issues. The case is pretty thin compared to other battery cases that I've seen. Your charger will charge your phone first and then the battery case afterwards. It has led light on the back of the case to show you how much battery the case has left. In order to use the case, you hit the button that is on the back of the case. The case can get warm when in use, but this is completely normal. I'm ALWAYS on my phone and this case helps me make it through an entire day without using my charger. I'm sure it would last longer if I wasn't constantly on my phone, though.I don't have anything negative to say about this product. It really is an excellent deal."

Attaches to your phone to charge it up. This is a cool concept for keeping your phone charges. If the battery is extremely low it will drain charging it up but at least it does charge. Careful of overheating .
