The vitamins are priced well. I was anemic and needed to take vitamins to help make more red blood cells. I noticed a difference in my energy level after taking it for a week. The pills are not that big and easy to swallow. It has help me a lot and I am better off now than before. Works well.

This vitamin is essential for the skin, if you have skin with problems, dry, acne, is perfect, aport shine, elasticity to the skin, and your skin will looks younger. Excellent size, great value for money. Easy to use and soft in the throat, don't have any particular taste.

I am taking a small dose of vitamin A for eye health and I love the quality of this brand with the great reviews and I have never been able to swallow pills so being able to easily bite off 1/3 of a pill for my dose is fantastic and the pill has no flavor whatsoever so is very simple to take. I mention this because so many of the reviews said that the pills should be coated for easier swallowing but if you think the same thing it’s very easy to just chew them up with a sip of water and take them that way. ♥️
