This is a very nice set of plating tools. It comes with 9 pieces. These are stainless-steel overlaid with titanium. They are not dish-washer safe, but make plating an ease. I would recommend these as a gift or for your own use.

My son is in culinary school so I ordered this plating kit for him to practice his plating skills. He was excited to receive this and loves all the different tools included.
