Old Reliable
This Bostitch stapler has been great to me for the past year or so. It never jams and feels very sturdy. It comes with what must be a lifetime supply of staples as well. It is plastic, not metal like the old Bostitch staplers, however.

Basic office stapler
The staple legs are shorter than expected and I think you'd be hard pressed to get 25 sheets of office paper to stay together, but how often do you need 25 sheets of paper to stay together. I bought it for home use and it works great.
