Razor sharp straight out of the package. Great little neck or belt knife. For the money, excellent. Strong, full tang, secure, sharp.

The holes on the sheath are so you can fit the chain in different ways so so the knife/sheath will balance in different position around your neck etc, eg if you want to draw the knife at an angle.Its very handy as a backup.yes its small but if anyone bought this without reading the descriptions and dimensions then duh!The chain could be slightly longer so I could wear it as a shoulder holster dangling at my side, but I'll replace with string or longer dog-tag chain. You could use the sheath holes to fashion some sort of strap for belt or other place..I'll give it a 4* due to the reason of no belt clip and short-ish chain.
