Easy to Use and Works Very Well
This incubator is very easy to set up and use. The digital display helps keep the temperature and humidity under control, which makes the process much simpler. It has a good capacity and the design allows you to clearly monitor the eggs during incubation. Overall, it’s a reliable machine and a great option for anyone starting with egg hatching.

Convenient and easy to use.
ok so we got this to replace our current setup and it works well and as described. Now for the pros and cons . The first pro is that it seems to be made well and holds temp and humidity well except once which I will talk about in a minute . The second pro is that it has an insulated exterior case that is a huge help when in cold climates. Third… The egg turner works well if you make sure you get the dowel lined up properly when closing it . Fourth pro is I like the ability to customize the tray size to accommodate other egg species large or small. Ok so the cons are a short list first I had the heater stop heating on day 17 and my internal temperature dropped to 81 before I noticed this and I couldn’t get it to reengage until I unplugged it and plugged it back in to attempt a fix by restarting it which did the trick. The second would be it does not have a light on the inside to see the eggs without opening it which rapidly lowers temp and humidity as it is pulling the entire top off to check eggs. But all that said and done I believe it to be a great unit especially for the price. And it would be perfect if the heat had not cut out on me that one time and let my eggs and chicks get cold. I would buy again however as I said a pretty solid unit for the price.

Turner and humidity failure
Humidity is impossible to control, egg turner and partition as a DIY spacer and if you put max capacity eggs, they don't turn correctly.lost 3 of 5 eggs, likely due to Humidity issues and turner failure. 100% do NOT recommend.

Wonderful and easy
Easily hatched 17 of 24 eggs with little extra work. Do not overload as my wife managed to break the auto turner on the second batch.

Easy to use!
It does work great. There are a few cons but nothing that breaks the deal. The water bottle on the back i had to put a book under so that water would actually come out. It came in with the top sticker peeling off but i just presssed it back down.

Not bad at all
Works great! My eggs are halfway to hatching! Holds 20 large chicken eggs, not 24.

Will get the job done
As another reviewer pointed out, the heat element is not reliable. It can, however, be reset if you happen to catch it, by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in. I woke up on day 5 to find the temp at 74°F. The unit has an alarm for if the humidity gets too low, but has no alarm for the temp getting too low, which I believe to be more crucial. Regulating the humidity is also a pain, and I'd recommend not filling the bottle with water. There's something about the way the wells are designed that prevents them from working correctly, and will flood the bottom chambers. After taking the incubator apart and drying up the wells, I kept a small watering can near my incubator and just gave it a drink when the humidity would get to about 60%. Also, add water slowly as the humidity doesn't rise quickly and it's easier to get humidity high than to lower it again once it's up. If you're ok with babysitting this incubator a little and checking it's parameters frequently throughout the day to catch any issues, you can get a decent hatch from it. I hatched quail from mine. I did lose 2 chicks during active hatch, but all the others that were going to hatch, did. The automatic egg turner worked well, and the eggs didn't seem super sensitive to heat/humidity fluctuations until they started actively hatching. Also, be sure the put down a tea towel or something when the eggs go into lockdown to prevent the chicks from getting their feet caught in the grid floor. Overall, it's probably average in performance compared to other similar models, and with a few quick check-ins throughout the day any issues it might have are pretty quick to fix (except high humidity).

Great incubator!
First time using an incubator and this is super easy to navigate, love all the features and we have ducklings due December 25th! The candling feature has made the process 10 times coooler. Update: we had 100% hatch rate on our very first hatching of 12 ducks and 1 chicken. The chicken hatched first and it was easy to remove it ND maintain conditions for the ducklings before they hatched. The humidity and temperature stayed as We set them and were easy to adjust. Buying a second one today for quail
