The quality is great but two branches were broken during delivery. This has now effected the plant as far as I can see. I waited two weeks before writing this appraisal. During that time with constant rain I can report that the pest looks very happy

I actually only bought this as a pollinator for my other pear tree. Delivered really well packaged in a big tall box. Tree was completely bald and as you can see from my picture, 4 weeks later it has sprung to life and is looking great. The string you can see in the pic is just there to train 2 branches that where sitting horizontally. Not expecting to get any pears this year obviously so cannot comment on the flavour. Really pleased with my purchase.

The plant looked dead when it arrived, but after following the instructions to put the roots in water for a soak before planting. The plant has started growing and have several leaves on it now

My tree arrived and I thought it was dead, barely any root and was just a lot of twigs. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and planted it. Ive not got the best ground (as I discovered when I dug the hole) and didn't have much hope. 2 weeks later my tree is doing really well, its spouting new buds and leaves and is starting to look great, I really can't believe it. Really happy with it, cant wait for our first fruit even if we have to wait a couple of years yet.

Arrived in good condition but I was surprised that there was no water around the roots. I soaked the roots in a tub of water for a couple of hours before planting in the garden and it looks healthy. I am looking forward to seeing it grow and hope to see pears growing in a couple of years?

Had the tree now for one year it's progress has exceeded my expectations, still a very young tree but I'm going to get a heavy crop of pears , wasn't really expecting any till next year , wouldn't hesitate to purchase for the sell again 😀
