best investment of 2025! looks and feels amazing on, very functional - you can track so much on it in real time. especially good if you struggle with sleep as it gives you detailed insights. i managed to get it on a black friday deal (£232) so the value for money was amazing! only con of this ring is that it does scratch easily but this can be mitigated by getting a cover for it.

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a few weeks now, and it has made a real difference to my daily routine. I love how accurately it tracks my activity and sleep, and the insights have helped me improve my focus and rest. It is incredibly durable, even through intense gym sessions and weight training and comfortable to wear, reliable, and definitely motivates me to stay consistent with my health goals.

So far so good. Ring functions well with a few caveats. The times showing wake up etc are generally inaccurate. For example today I was up at 0458 and the ring indicated 0809. This then throws off some of the other stats. Additionally, I would like some more explanation or simplification of the stats and figures in the app as I am quite new at this. The ring looks good but come off periodically while I am doing things around the house. Perhaps I should have sized differently but wear it on my index finger by choice. May have to replace it for different size. Generally I am satisfied but would really like a less complex app UI for us newbies. Will update after further usage.

I am happy with the functionality of this ring. The stats mirror fairly closely to my Apple Watch in terms of sleep. Steps are not at all accurate though. The app provides lots of information, which I love, although it could be overwhelming for some. That said, it breaks it down well and gives some well presented information The ring is well made and solid, and looks good. So far I am very happy with the product.

I wanted to like the Ultrahuman Air Ring, but my experience over the last 12 months has been extremely disappointing. In total, I have had four rings within a year. Three failed due to battery issues, and the fourth lasted just four weeks before developing Bluetooth connectivity problems, making it unusable. This level of failure suggests a serious reliability and quality control issue. (only three in the photo as the fourth has now gone back to Amazon for a refund. What concerned me almost as much as the hardware failures was how the situation was handled. After the fourth failure, I was offered a second-hand refurbished ring as a “goodwill gesture”, despite the ongoing faults and the product clearly not being of satisfactory durability. This offer was made while my consumer rights were initially ignored. Only after I explicitly stated my UK consumer rights and insisted on a refund did the company eventually concede. While the concept of the ring is excellent and the data is useful when it works, a wearable at this price point should not require multiple replacements in a single year, nor should customers have to argue for basic consumer protections. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Ultrahuman Air Ring due to poor durability and an unsatisfactory resolution process when things go wrong. I would also like to THANK Amazon for their levels of service.. they dealt with the refund in less than 2 minutes!!.. Stark contrast to Ultrahuman.. Thank you Amazon... Ian D

Fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to size, data available immediately on sleep, steps, heart etc, no standard monthly subscriptions, easy to add caffeine intake, food intake, actvity, good battery life/recharge time.

Had the ring about 10 months and generally disappointed. I don’t think it’s a good investment if you are sporty, far better to stick with a sports watch. It is really poor and registering movement. I have tried it alongside a Garmin watch for 3 months and undercounts steps by up to 40%. Really poor at picking up heart rate if you are exercising. Cycled earlier, hit 155bpm, ring recorded max of 135bpm I like the health stats on sleeping and stress, really detailed. Though ring randomly doesn’t record any sleep stats about 1-2 days a month. I bought because I didn’t want to wear sports watch all the time when I have other decent watches, and ring is unobtrusive. But I wouldn’t recommend if you are sporty like me, fine if you just want to record sleep/stress

手首にウェアラブルバンドを使ってたのですが、寝てる時につけているのが嫌だったので、スマートリングにしました、軽くて付け心地もよく、今のところは気にいってます。 スマートリングのブランドとしては、海外ではそれなりに人気があるようですね。 アプリの表示項目は多くて、よくある活動量以外に回復や睡眠は細かいデータが表示されます。 睡眠改善が目的で購入したのですが、朝に振り返ると、前日の活動量や飲酒、寝た時間の影響など良かったり悪かった気付きがあります。 またPowerplugsといわれる追加機能で、睡眠に関連するようなカフェイン摂取の推奨時間帯がみれたり、日光浴の時間記録、スマホのスクリーンタイムの可視化、体内時計のリズムなどいろいろな機能があり、まだ上手く使いこなせてないですが、睡眠の質向上に活かせたらなと思ってます。 バッテリーは3日前後といった感じです、追加機能をオンにしてたり、アプリもよく見るほうだと思うので、仕事中に座ってるときに2、3日に1回充電してます。 リングの中には安いのもいろいろあるようですが、データが数値やグラフで細かく表示され、追加機能もありお値段するだけの高機能なリングだなと思ってます。月額料金がかからないのもいいですね。 睡眠改善と、回復も意識して使い続けたいなと思います。

llevo usándolo 3 meses y es parte de mi rutina diaria. La batería dura mucho y las métricas son parecidas a law del Apple Watch así que ya no dependo del reloj tanto. Y estéticamente es guapisimo
