Great Pre Workout for on the go or while traveling
I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and BODi Energize really stands out for how clean and consistent the energy feels. The lower dose of caffeine is a big win for me. Instead of feeling overly stimulated or jittery, I get a smooth, focused boost that’s perfect for early morning workouts or even a second session later in the day. No crash afterward, which is something I’ve struggled with using other pre-workouts. I’ve also noticed better endurance and sustained energy throughout my workouts, especially during longer or higher-intensity sessions. Mixability is solid, and the taste is actually enjoyable without being overly sweet or artificial. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a more balanced pre-workout that supports performance without the harsh side effects. It’s become a regular part of my routine.

The BEST Pre-workout!!
Been using this pre workout for almost 7 years now and I’ve yet to find another I prefer. The ingredients are clean and there’s 0 sugar, the perfect pick me up!

Delicious, clean & effective
I love how with just one stick/scoop mixed with 6-8oz water, you can truly feel a boost of energy! I’ve been drinking it in the afternoon for a pick-me-up (not a workout). I don’t get tingles at all (I saw some other reviews mention that) and I feel good knowing it’s clean ingredients. I also love the lemon tang! I mix it with just my straw, no frother or needed.

My Favorite. Been Drinking for over 8 years.
This is my favorite Pre-Workout. I have tried several over the years and this works well and doesn't cause a crash. NO JITTERS. Tastes amazing. I find myself frequently craving it. I'm 5'1" and 170lbs and 1 serving is perfect for me. Worth the price.

Purchase from manufacturer
Great product but suggest purchasing it directly from the manufacturer. Received a box that was unsealed with three leaking packets but unable to return through Amazon due to their policy.

Excellent!

My favourite
One of my favourite pre workout powders. Not chalky when mixed. Nice lemon flavour, not gross.

Pricey but best pre-workout drink
Tried many other pre workout drinks but I keep coming back to energize. No jittery side effects just great energy boost to help give that extra push during workouts. Lemon is by far best flavor as well! Pricey but so worth it!
