Very poor product and brand
Very poor product - within few months it stopped working, heat got reduced and also the Handel become very loose. Also the Longway is a very bad brand - do not have any customer care contact point. They do not respond also if somehow contacted. No after sale service available Total westage of money

Good product, don't be skeptical to buy it. You will master the technique with multiple use.
Reviews were not that good when I decided to buy it. I was bit skeptical but anyway I made the decision to buy it. There is nothing wrong with the product and I am happy with my purchase. If your roti comes out like rubber or hard, u need to understand the technique. The technique is the main thing in making rotis in roti maker. You will master it with practice . 1.Keep the dough moist ( not too hard) 2.Dont press the dough balls too hard in the roti maker. Press it but not too hard otherwise the rotis will be torn and will not puff. 3. When one side is roasted slightly turn it and let the second side roast properly ( brown spots on roti) dont do too much too, then flip it around put the lid down. Rotis will come out perfectly.

Not a good product
I didnt like the rotimaker quality. Rotis are not eatable, they are just becoming crispy like papads instead of smooth roti.
