I started losing my plant babies a few months ago and didn't know why. I had always watered them with spring water from the store, but with grocery prices going up and being gifted new plants, that had to stop. I turned off my water softener, to keep the salt out of my water and not poison my babies, but still they were NOT doing good. Why? My water is FULL of iron and the alkalinity was almost off the chart!! These test strips showed me exactly how my tap water was toxic to my plant babies!!! Know what's in your water!! Order these test strips ASAP!! I'm very pleased by how easy it is to test my water at home. No sending anything to a lab, no fees,I mean, once you buy the strips...that's it, no further expense. Each strip tests for several different things and there's over 100 strips.

I especially like that this water test kit contained a sampling vile with a cap. This makes it easy to collect a water sample, and transport it to a place where you can quietly perform the test.I tested the tap water in my home, and found the results compared directly with my local water authorities' report. I live in a large metropolitan area, that has consistently good water quality. I was primarily concerned with testing for lead, within the pipes of my older home.Unfortunately, I have not tested these strips with other samples, so I cannot make a comparison on the results. If you live in a small community, I can see where these test strips can become very useful, in ensure your water quality is good.Make sure you look at the bottom of the test kit box itself, because the manufacture and expiration date are only list there; and not on the bottle itself. I was pleased to see that mine were manufactured fairly recently.

I have always been curious about the water quality where I live; the water utility company tells us it’s fine, but we resident all have our doubts. That’s why I ordered this product. I found it easy to use, and was surprised that the results confirmed the utility’s postings. I also handed out testing strips to friends who live further away for a comparison, and they were happy to comply with my request to test their home water because it is so easy to do. I highly recommend it!

I tested filtered/ tap and spring water all 3 had exactly the same results what a waste of money

I cant believeYou can go to home depot and waste 20 dollars on two little strips to test your water. When you can get 100+ for half the price. These are well worth it. They are easy, quick and simple to use. I tested them on multiple tap water sources and they came back great. The panels on the back are easy to read and you can easily see what type of pH, hardness, acidity, metallic water you have, if at all. I would get these for regular testing since I drink a lot of tap water. Stop wasting money on expensive filters, bottle water and testing and just get these.

I tested tap water and bottled water with these strips and they both came out the same.

These test strips are so easy to use and easy to read. I like that the bottle was foil sealed but it did not have an expiration date, which is even better. The Instructions are clear and concise. The comparison chart is so simple to match up by color and its colors are more distinctive than strips I have used for other things. I really appreciate that the color chart includes a green bar or description under each of the 18 parameters to assist in reading the results. The print is difficult to read but a magnifier or your phone will help to enlarge the print. Great value for the amount of strips.

Est-ce véridique à 100%, je sais pas, mais cela cerne quand même des problèmes. Oui il y a la charte comparative, mais il faut en déduire que la ligne verte sous les couleurs est le bon score a avoir... donc pas vraiment d'instructions. Et attention de ne pas comparer les couleurs avec la languette inversée... car envore là pas vraiment écrit.

I got this test kit to monitor the effectiveness of my water treatment from my well. I know the water is heavy in iron, around 12ppm. Anything above 0.3ppm and we get brown stains, so I thought these test strips would be good to help me tweak the system. Unfortunately they show 0ppm iron even on water direct from the well. They do show hardness correctly though, pH is difficult to precisely match as well. All the other tests read 0 each time.
