my story starts with Estroven Max strength ... I suffer early/pre mature menopause symptom 5 years ago - mood swing, hair loss, super dry skin. I was only 40. This is my fithday on the pills, and i started seing visible result on the third day on it.(not kidding) i know...it sounds crazy but i found the one thing that works on me. what i first noticed was my nails on the third day on the pills(nature's bounty super potency biotin,5000mcg,60 capsules pack of 2) my nails were chiped and discolored right before i started to take the pills,the 4rd day while i was in the shower putting on my contacts lens i looked at my nails...they looked like i had a manicure while i was sleeping.the shape of my nails were rounded and the tips are just like french nails,nail top are light pink,soft shine it looks amazing.now comes the other part is my skin...lol...i dont know if anyone else has the same result but my skin got lighter (F.Y.I =i'm a black female).and my hair texture is soft now~~ got longer but not as fast as i would want it to :p (but i havent started growing extra hair on other parts of my body ...just yet~i will update this review if i could oh...by the way im on a diet pill so i was afraid that these biotin will affect my diet,but it has not i take the biotin right when i wake up the shower for 15minutes then take my usual diet pills.) thank you biotin...and the people that made these pills available to us~

My hair has thinned significantly since my daughter's birth five years ago. I've tried a few products, but nothing has improved the condition of my hair. I read various reviews of different products and this one had some very good reviews, so I decided to try it. Before using this product, handfuls of hair used to fall out, while I was in the shower; it clogged the drain. After brushing it, my hair would fall out and cover the floor. I've been taking it for almost a month and I can tell my hair is softer and has less frizz. It seems thicker and definitely falls out a lot less. Now, maybe a few hairs fall out on the floor and in the shower, but MUCH less than before. I can't honestly say I've noticed new growth, but I imagine that may happen after I've been taking it for a while. The only thing I don't like is that my nails are growing out of control. I have to keep them short for work, so this is not a benefit for me. Some may like it, though.
