They gave me a packet that was about to expire in 2 weeks and the batter did not even ferment.

I tried different palappam powders but no time i got soft fluffy palappam. Later my parents told about this product when I was in India. I tasted the palappam made with this product and it was super tasty. Making palappam batter with double horse palappam mix is super easy and you dont need any yeast or coconut milk extra. Only one drawback is the price of the product. In India, it costs around 60₹ but here it is 10$. But I promise you its worth for 10$
