Strange
Even after quarter of tablet i wake up next morning very sleepy and dull. I think something added apart from melatonin to this tablets, probably some tranquilizers in it.

Since the loss of sleep and restlessness every so often has been difficult for me, I decided to look into some natural options for sleep aids. Healthvit Melatonin seems like a good choice.Although melatonin is a natural supplement, it should still be treated carefully. In fact, there are harmful things like depression and worse insomnia if you are careful. If you want to be very careful, monitor your Healthvit melatonin intake with a doctor.As someone who suffers from sleep problems and having been on medications like Lunesta, Ambien, and others to try to get a good night sleep, I was always skeptical about Melatonin working.I remember trying it a years ago and being less than impressed. A few months ago my doctor urged me to find a more natural solution to help me sleep.I agreed and gave this product a try. The first few night took some work on my part. Really relaxing and trying to coax myself to fall asleep. After a week of use the effect was unreal. I sleep well, I fall asleep easily, and I wake up refreshed.The best part is I'm never "hung over" the way some strong RX medications can make you feel. And I am taking something natural that doesn't mess around with my brain receptors. I highly recommend you give this a try.

Good quality, non addictive tablets. They were prescribed to me by a doctor ( not the brand). They work !

If you're desperate, these do the job
I've been using Healthvit's brand of melatonin for about 3 months now, but only for lack of a better option. I stay asleep and get a little more than 8 hours and I say this only because there's something about these tablets that don't feel 100% clean.The second shipment of 60 tablets has been crumbling in the container very easily, not breaking apart but just crumbles. I don't find that very reassuring, also I do sometimes tend to feel extra groggy on these and as far as I know, good melatonin doesn't make you feel like that the next day
