This is by far the best cloves available. Mostly dried cloves come with a whitish fungal growth irrespective of brand or proclamation of quality. This doesn't seem to be the issue with these. It's an indication that mostly these are freshly packaged. Thanks to Amazon for another wonderful product. Go for it 👌
