I don't usually write any reviews, but wow these are really cool, I have to:I got these to replace my old Pixel Buds A-Series; they were a good 3 years old, went through some damage on occasion, and I know the batteries were starting to get much worse.Taking it out of the box I was immediately impressed with the 4 extra sizes of rubber tips (twice the number that came with my old Pixel Buds). Experimenting with them, I got a good fit for each ear and man these things are comfortable, no problem after a few hours of listening. (The wing on those old pixel buds would make my ear sore.) Mine came fully charged so I went right to messing around with them.Immediately you'll be asked to download their app (I don't think you *have to,* but why not?). App features include equalizer settings, customizable touch controls (which you can set for each ear bud individually), audio codec swapping, "find my ear buds," and the ability to use LE audio. In addition to that, the noise control/cancellation options are really cool and something I hadn't yet experienced. It really does turn off all the ambient noise in your house, and I think I'll be using these for meditation in the future. Plus, another cool feature I'll be making use of at work, these things support connection to multiple devices at once. Hooked up to both my phone and my work computer, I can simply pause the music on my phone, and it will automatically switch to my desktop audio. (We are living in the future, boys and girls.)I'm not exactly an audiophile or anything, but when I click through the different equalizer settings, it does sound different, so I imagine there's a fair but of customization available there. That being said I listened to music pretty much the whole day at work today, it sounded completely fine. If not on par with the sound quality of some new a-series pixel buds, they're probably a bit better. The bass can bump pretty well. The battery seems like it will last as long as advertised, after 3-4 hours, it says they're still at about 70%. Which can lead into my only gripe with these things: I don't think you're getting a super exact measurement when the % shows up on your phone. I only ever saw 90, 80, and 70% show up on my phone today, and the case now reads 80%. And that's completely fine, everything else works as it should, it's just a tiny nitpick some people might remove a star for.Even for the full price of $80 or $90, they're probably worth it, but the black ones only being $63, I don't know why anyone would buy any other buds. And it's crazy because the same pixel buds I had are STILL $100 new (~$50 renewed or on eBay), and I know they have wayyy less functionality and wayyy worse battery life.Who cares about big tech brands? My ears are gonna have plenty of fün.

Full disclosure; I’m 60+ and have been a steelworker for most of my life. My hearing is not great. I need earbuds that I can turn up. These almost disappointed me. I got on my mower all excited and the sound was weak. Full volume and I was like dang it. Then I turned on the noise canceling. Holy crap! I thought my mower had died. But I could still feel it. Barely could hear it. Rock on! Still, the volume was kind of low for my taste.Rock concerts in the 70’s and Marines in the 80’s did not help my hearing, these aren’t 12 year old eardrums. Imagine my excitement when I found the equalizer in the app. The iOS eq is useless but this app let me run it up to front row of Aerosmith or The Rolling Stones. It even drowns out my wife. Who, by the way, said she wants a pair after listening to them. She has the AirPods and the between pro.First thing I noticed was that the case and earbuds were both charged 100%. That’s awesome.They fit great, I’ve had them in for most of four hours with no discomfort.So far I have not experienced any connectivity issues. No skipping or cutting out of any kind.I wish I had bought these a long time ago. There’s more, but you get the idea. I recommend these 10/10.Stick these in your ears. You won’t regret it.

Can’t find my original review to edit. I don’t remember getting email it was posted. Which works, I came back to do a better one.The battery life is decent, not as long as other brands I’ve had. But still get 5-6 hours, so pretty good. But the noise canceling is awesome, if that takes more battery than I understand. They work great for yard work.I had issues with the ear tips staying in my ears. So I pulled some off some old ear buds I had and it seemed to fix my issue. They stay out now.Distance from my phone is fair. With my other ones I can have my phone in the kitchen on charger and they make it all over the house. These are about 25-35 foot in open space. Could be worse.The sound is decent. Some reviews rave about bass, even using the equalizer I don’t see it. It is clear just doesn’t rumble my head. But the vocals are very clear and work well. The noise cancellation is definitely top notch. When mowing it cancels out 90% of the outside noise. That is hard to find and definitely worth the money.The function of it pausing when you pull one out is awesome, I love it. I use an earbud cord so when someone comes up to me I just pull one out and drop it and it pauses. When I put it back in music resumed. Works for calls as well, if one is hanging and put it in your ear it answers. Pretty slick.Over all they are pretty good. The extra functions probably make them worth the money. Sound quality id say more half the cost. I am glad i found ear pieces that work so these aren’t just a paper weight.
