Stopped working after 1 year
There is a very thin cable that connects this with the surface, over regular usage it snapped and it does not work anymore for me after just 1 year. It is the same case for many users. It is a poor design from Microsoft for such a high price.

Worst Experience
Intially it works fine but after a while some keys do not work. No customer service, no warranty support. Useless!

Terrible experience
Extremely poor experience. Purchased due to the brand name. But stopped working the next day when warranty was over. No support in India. Terrible experience. Waste of money, instead I should have gone for other than Microsoft options which have good reviews and cost much less.
