Best product While connecting with PC please make sure that your bluetooth earbuds or Headphone or speaker are not connected with other equipment like mobile, otherwise you will be confused that bluetooth is not connecting.

I bought this Bluetooth adapter to connect my desktop PC to Bluetooth speakers, but unfortunately my experience has been very poor. The adapter connects initially and works for a short time, but after a few minutes it suddenly disconnects. When this happens, the Bluetooth icon disappears from the Windows 10 settings and the device also disappears from Device Manager. I have to unplug and plug the adapter again to make it work temporarily. While troubleshooting, I checked the Windows Event Viewer and repeatedly saw errors such as BTHUSB Event ID 17, which indicates that the Bluetooth adapter fails and the driver gets unloaded. This suggests that the hardware or chipset may not be stable. I also confirmed that the USB ports on my PC are working fine because other devices like my mouse work perfectly in the same port. So the issue seems specific to this Bluetooth adapter. I tried multiple fixes including: - Reinstalling drivers - Disabling USB power saving - Using different USB ports But the problem continues. Because of these frequent crashes and disconnections, the adapter is not reliable for continuous use. I would recommend considering a more stable Bluetooth adapter with a better chipset.

Works fine but if budget is high purchase tplink or just buy pci wifi bluetooth card

well i have used this product for almost month and as i wanted that job to be done when i connect it with my pc. so overall it is Good product. the problems i have faced like: 1) Range is the problem like even from going to room to the kitchen it fails to connect with device. 2) when go at minimal distance from device the sound quality starts affecting. 3) it is Bluetooth 4.0 & no drivers CD is provided with it so in my case it have downloaded directly from net not a big issue. 4) this i found bit problematic as when i just turn off bluetooth device from computer settings and turn on while device is still connected with pc it fails to connect the device & detecting it majorly so i just have to plug off & then plug in the device & it work without any problem. I have tried to connect this device with following devices: a) SoundOne bluetooth headset while listening music,watching videos, movies. b) Boat Rockerz 255 Sports while listening music,watching videos, movies. c) OnePlus 7 pro for transferring files with PC (doesn't give any issue so far) overall it get Job done. so i am satisfied with product
