Needed this for work and it is perfect! Easy to use and we also purchased the printer separately to go with it and it’s easy to use.

If you have ever used a “Telermate” and are looking at swapping out for this unit just get the name brand one. It is very chinsey and slow. The scale always wants u to remove bills and it may just be quicker to count them by hand. Not a good working unit.

Makes counting drawers a hell of a lot easier, process is faster.

Try to count the pennies and it always wants you to remove 17 to 23 pieces, then you can put about 20 pennies in and it says 9. Works great on every other tender.

So we did a firmware update because it was sticky when we first started using it. Somehow it got worse. Can't put a full cup of pennies down. Randomly it decides to count a denomination, and then when you review it doesn't add it to the total count. I changed all the settings and did a factory restore. Also can't skip unused denominations from the auto flow. Like $2 bills and $1 & .50 pieces. Which I count almost never. Used it that way count down one shift. Took me twice as long as counting by hand. Back in the box and on its way back.

Roll of Pennys in roll or in cup are 0.53 cents it starts at 5 counting as 6 catches 20 is 20 but so is 19 than I. The 30’s is another jump same with 40’s other than that it tested fine on other bills did not test 50 cent dollar coins or 2’s and $20+
