Seller: Absolute Native ElectronicsThe board I received is an average quality chinese clone of wemos D1 mini and it is not even version 2 as in description but V1. The board has ESP-12F from Ai-thinker with their December 2016 version of AT firmware pre-installed. Fortunately, board is working ok (tested under linux Mint)I request other reviewers to specify their seller name in their reviews, so that new customers can identify the defaulters.

This board is powered by ai thinker chip and not wemos d1 chipset.Product is totally different then what picture is seen on site.Suggesting sellers to use original image and board brand for better result.

Not original and does not match the picture.Update: after using for a couple of weeks, I realized this has more wifi connectivity issues than anticipated.

The product is not the same as picture. It is not Wemos it is some DOTI. it is not ESP-12f it is ESP-12N. Still searching for right library to program it.DON't BUY

Amazing board for many IOT projects. Little expensive compared to other places, but worth it for a POC

The unit arrived alright and works fine. Just a note that the unit I received is not an original WeMos board as shown in the pictures. The chip is the commonly available AI Thinker ESP8266MOD. Functionally, it should be identical.

Not original, also not v2. Blink sketch did work after selecting board : wemos D1(retired)!

Very cute and nice but as other reviewer said it's not original Wemos as shown in picture. it's assembled one bit any way lot cute and good compared to adruino
