Works Perfectly
My area suffers from voltage fluctuations. This device monitors voltage and current and cuts off power when fluctuations get too high. It automatically reconnects once the voltage stabilizes. The readings are accurate, and the display is bright and easy to read. It also helps protect sensitive appliances. Works perfectly and gives peace of mind.

User Manual Update
(Improved and edited by me): A sudden glitch (as lose connection in mains or otherwise) in mains does not resets the device. Thus, computer etc. will not restart for a glitch. I checked this by quickly disconnecting and re-connecting an input wire. About half a second of no power is ignored by this device. On the device, in normal mode, the upper LED display shows present voltage and lower LED Display shows present current. LED1 (top most) (Red): Over Voltage cut indicator LED2 (2nd): Under Voltage cut indicator LED3 (3rd) (Red): Over current cut indicator LED4 (bottom most) (Green): Power [Output is On, Turns off when output is off due to a condition.] Button1 (Left most): Power Button2 (2nd): Set Button3 (3rd): Up key Button4 (Right most): Down key Press and hold Settings button for about 2s to enter Settings mode. Setting A1 is displayed. Press again to switch up to next setting A2 and so on till "End" is shown. Finally press again to exit Settings mode. Settings mode will automatically exit to normal mode if a key is not pressed for about 20 seconds, saving the changes. 1. Change the setting value by pressing Up Down keys. 2. Press Down key (in normal mode, not settings mode) for more than 12 seconds to restore the factory settings. After applying factory setting, the device restarts with set power up delay. 3. Press Up key (in normal mode, not settings mode) for more than 6 seconds to query the latest fault. ---- Begin Table 2---- Setting Code; Setting Name; Range; Default; My Setting; Comment A1; Power on Delay time S; 1 to 500; 10; 10; PuP is displayed on upper LED panel. If a cut condition (over voltage/ under voltage) is detected by the device after power resumes, it is shown after about 1s of PuP, even if PuP delay setting is 10s. Power output remains off then. This is good feature. Relay switching sound of contact is not heard when mains is supplied during the PuP time, this means that the relay contact is normally open which is good feature as in case of very high voltage the device may burn but relay will not switch on and home items shall be kept protected from very large voltage (except lightening voltage). A2; Over-voltage protection value V; 230 to 300; 270; 260; Pressing Up key after 300 shows oFF. Probably, this means overvoltage cut will not be done for oFF setting. A3; Over-voltage recovery value V; 225 to 295; 250; 255; A4; Over-voltage recovery delay time S; 1 to 500; 30; 30 A5; Over-voltage protection action time S; 0.1 to 30; 0.5; 0.1; A6; Under-voltage protection value V; 140 to 210; 170; 150; Pressing Down key after 140 shows oFF. Probably, this means undervoltage cut will not be done for oFF setting. A7; Under-voltage recovery value V; 145 to 215; 190; 160; A8; Under-voltage recovery delay time S; 1 to 500; 30; 30; A9; Under-voltage protection action time S; 230 to 300; 0.5; 0.5 A10; Over-current protection value A; 1 to 63; 40.0; 40.0; After recovery delay time, the output is switched on but if still overcurrent occurs then after the reaction time, the output is cut again. So home appliances will continue to switch on off. Hence use A12 setting to limit the number of cuts before permanent output cut off. A11; Over-current recovery delay time S; 1 to 500; 30; 30; A12; Over-current protection action time S; 0.1 to 500; 0.5; 0.5; A13; Voltage Calibration; ; 0.0; 0.0; A14; Continuous over current faults times; 1 to 20; oFF; 4; After set number of times, the output is cut permanently and lower LCD panel shows oFF. Power button then can be used to resume output. A15; Current calibration; ; 0.0; 0.0; End; End setting; ; ; ; press SET button to exit from settings. ---- End Table 2---- Device can protect from over current but not from short circuit in home. MCB is required for short circuit protection. To be tested later: 1. If power button is pressed to cut off output and mains power cut happens, What will be the output condition when mains power resumes. 2. After number of times of over current cut out, what will happen if mains power cut occurs and mains resumes. Sunny Saini Jul 4, 2023 8:00:13 PM Jul 5, 2023 9:35:26 AM ++++
