After charging the device still doesn’t work. Nothing lights up…..unable to select options. Very disappointing. Waiting for response from seller. Seller agreed to a return and refund. Product returned and still waiting for refund.

I have had shoulder and neck pain for a long time. When I saw this ultrasound machine, I immediately placed an order. I used it for five consecutive days, 10 minutes a day, and turned to high. I felt my muscles relax and the pain was relieved. It really helped me. The machine also came with a reference manual of the time required for treatment of various pains very good.

The media could not be loaded.  I like how the Ultrasonic Physiotherapy Instrument allows you to select your level of treatment comfort. It is very easy to use due to it being light weight. It’s easy to clean. I have used it several times and am starting to feel real improvements!
