Good wet strength
Real wet strength paper. Held together well under stress when wet. Unfortunately my dog got hold of the package and tear tested much of it for me! This is why her nick name is "land shark".

Great water useable tissue paper
I love to create collages and these papers let me hand dye my own tissue paper - which I use often in my collages. These are great

Perfect for wet media!
I used this with multiple inks, paints, mica sprays and it held together well. Was even able to use a brush lightly. Very pleased!

Great paper for art projects
I use the papers for collaging. They are large sheets, roughly 24 x 30 inches each, and come in a generous pack. My last batch arrived from the UK. They are incredibly sturdy and even resist a little if you try to rip them. They accept water based paints, inks, mediums, and glue really well. I love this product.

Do not purchase for art use
It arrived all folded and crumpled… it should have been sent in a tube! It is for painting and the creases are bad

Paper is great. The price is outrageous.
This paper was recommended to me by artists in the UK. I was excited to find it on Amazon. Quality is good. Works well for printing with Geli plates. The value for the money is way out of whack. I won’t buy it again. The person that told me about it was shocked at the cost and told me to call the company to get it shipped - that it was a lot cheaper. I’m going to try other papers that are similar.

Great for making vibrantly coloured sheets for collage and tissue creations. The ONLY way to colour or paint on tissue without ending up with a pile of unusable muck. Takes spray paint so well, as well as drowning sheets in swirling jewel colours.

This is the correct strength tissue for collage and gelli printing art work! Glad I found it.

Tal como lo 'pintan' en el aviso - puede que sirva para ciertos usos. Nosotros pensábamos poder reforzar una figura plástica de papel maché - pero ni con el pegante recomendado se logró buena estabilidad; lástima.

I have been on a quest to find a really thin, printable paper for my mixed media art. I want to print my own images, cut them out and glue them onto various flat surfaces like gallery-style canvas, water-colour paper, board etc. I want the paper to be tough and workable, with minimum tearing, wrinkling and bubbles. A paper so thin that the edges are barely visible when stuck down. So I purchased this Wet Strength Tissue Paper for my experiments and projects - with great success. It is printable. I put it through my inkjet printer by gently attaching it to a normal printer paper sheet using a glue stick lightly on the edges. Colours turned out good and could be tweaked using the printer settings. My printed images were cut out easily using scissors. I cut as intricately as possible close to the image, leaving about 2mm all round. I believe that a smooth, firm surface would be best for my ideas, but I do have a lot of gallery-style canvases (the ones with the wooden frame that can be bought in packs.) So I used them for my tests, placing some mount board underneath the canvas to help create a firm surface. The hardest part was finding something to stick the print onto the surface. Some glues made the ink run and smudge so were no good at all. Others dried too quickly leaving some parts stuck and others not. Acrylic matte and gloss mediums (various brands) gave best results, but there are many other types and brands of acrylic mediums so my experiments are ongoing! Placing and repositioning the image can be tricky, but just takes lots of practice! As this paper is quite strong it can take a bit of rough treatment like stretching and pulling. I smoothed it out from the centre outwards with fingers first, then used a rounded tool or pin to smooth out or remove bubbles. My printed images range from small 20x20mm to A4 and I'm getting more confident each time! A good thing I have noticed is, as the adhesive dries, the paper's surface seems to flatten any bumps! Reminded me of a freshly wall-papered room - bumps or bubbles seem to disappear as the paste below dries. The cut edges are as close to 'invisible' as I can get and quite acceptable. Though untried as yet, I'm pretty sure that this paper will also be excellent for layering. The sheets are big and my order arrived folded in half, which means I can't print on the folded, crumpled paper. But I'm not complaining coz I can still cut approx 6 x A4 sheets from ONE large sheet (imagine that times 60!) which is ample for my needs and amazing for the price. Anyway, I'm sure the remnants will come in handy for other projects! In all, I think this Wet Strength Tissue Paper is excellent value for money and a really useful material for my purposes and will continue to experiment with it. I also hope to post some pictures at some point. If my review helps just one person out there, I will be a very happy artist!

So much better than regular tissue paper as it doesn’t fall apart when wet but you can still tear it. I use it as collage paper and it suits my purpose perfectly.
