I just opened them up, paired them with my phone and put them on my ears. The sound is wonderful. The range is decent. I went outside and left my phone inside and they were still working. Depending on where I walked to, the sound would fade out, but stayed on. They are super comfortable over my ears. I don't like any kind of buds, they make my ears and head hurt, but I also don't like my ears fully covered because I like to hear what's happening around me as well. These fit the bill perfectly for that. I'm able to move around, walk, bend over to pick something up and they didn't seem to move. I haven't done anything more strenuous then that so I can't speak to how they work if you're running or other exercise, but I'm quite happy with them. Since I just got them I don't know about battery life, but after I've had a chance to test that out, if it's concerning I'll update my review.

The only thing I’ve noticed is that the call volume seems a little lower than the music playback, though that might just be a setting on my phone. I can easily get through a few days of use, thanks to the charging case, which has a clear LED display to show battery status. I bought these to connect to my tv so I didn't have to keep turning the tv up and down with people coming in and out and the air conditioner going on and off.They work great, they connect very easily.They would get 5 stars except it doesn't have enough range for me to wear it to the bathroom and back I have to take it off and then put it back on when I get back, and everytime it connects it connects at volume 100, when I use it at volume 60.So staying at the same volume and a little better range are minor problems and I will continue to use them. The are great for their intended purpose. In fact my husband bought himself a pari so we can both use them with the tv. Ah the joy of being in your 40s

The case it comes in light and feels cheap. I expected this for the price. What I did not expect was the sound quality was good, the mic worked very well, it synced fast, and fits great. I have NO idea what the battery life is like yet, i just got them and haven't had to charge them after a couple hours of use.I got these because my in ear buds were annoying me. I took a chance because they were cheap and had great reviews. My expectations were low but these are decent.The thing that surprised me most is how well they stay on. I did everything I could to get them to all off and never happened. I put shirts on, split some logs, laid on the ground like I was working on a car. If the batteries don't last at least 4 hours I will come back and update, but so far very happy.

I love these!!! They’re great for listening to music or meditation while I’m in bed - the ones that go in your ear really bug me for that. They hold a charge for a long time. I only charge them once a week and I use them every night - they’ve never dropped below 50% charge.

This was my first open ear set. Light enough that at times you will forget it is on. I have looked for another set that is different that this one because I gave my buds to my son, but I have not found a different pair that is as comfortable or as light as this pair. I mostly use them to listen to podcasts.

I am a Lyft driver, and in-the-ear buds would not allow me to have conversations with my passengers. So, I decided to try the X18. I love the comfort of the over-the-ear technology. I was worried that the sound would be compromised, but the sound clarity is terrific, and I can still carry on a conversation without having my ears plugged. So, what's the problem? Being a rideshare driver, I use them to receive directions from my phone. This allows me to get clear instructions from the app without having to stop my conversation or turn down the radio in order to hear GPS directions. The only problem is that for each instruction I receive, these earphones always miss the first word or two of the instructions. At first, I thought it was my Lyft app that was the problem, so I tried using Google maps to get me home after my last ride, and the exact same problem occurred. Now, most people won't use these for that application, but just know that using them for GPS directions will lose the first word or two on every instruction. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unless they can fix this communication issue with my iPhone14, it will have to be 4 stars. Please comment if there is a fix or if it's an ongoing issue. This is not enough for me to return these as I really like everything else about them, and I'm still able to figure out the instructions without hearing "Turn" or "Continue".
