I like this MK Aspect K24347 BSS B 13A Dual Earth Double Switched Socket. It easy and straightforward to fit. It is better looking than cheaper ones on the market with the added benefit of Double Pole safety feature. You get a perfect match-up between the switch itself and the backbox, which is good. I can only imagine it may be fitted an area that will get somewhat dusty, so the smoothness of it means it is easier to dust off. I like the overall clean line aesthetic, and the lengthy warranty means it represents good value.

I used this to add a new socket to our spare room, in a location that's very visible.It was very easy to install in a standard double patten box.Once everything is screwed in place, the front cover clips on, but I did find it a bit fiddly getting the small little clips on the side to engage, but once they did, it looked really good.

MK accessories are normally designed and built to the highest of standards. This slim twin socket is no exception. It’s easier to make the connections than with cheaper sockets I’ve installed. Double-pole switching is welcome, the switch action very positive. The finish is smart and absolutely flawless, suitable for just about any environment. I love the clip-on cover. It hides the screw heads and makes re-decoration of the wall straightforward.It’s pricey, currently £36.99, but I’m going to resist the temptation to deduct a star because it really is superior to competitive units.

Very high quality MK double socket. Well made and is supplied with comprehensive fitting instructions. Looks very neat once the top plate is affixed and conceals the screws. Recommended.

Well made. Looks great. Double pole function for added safety. What more could you ask for! I live in a house where plugs are normally plugged in all times so this socket works great for those. After getting this and installing it I have gone ahead and ordered more. Quality is great, and installing was not an issue.
