Upgraded to 5 stars after more extended use. I tested this on a Mac Mini M4 using the Apple App, Photo Booth. I had no problems with the plug and play aspects of this device. Considering the low price, I think this webcam is very good. I think the 4k video is good, and the sound is also pretty good. Both the images and the sound are quite acceptable considering the low price. There is VERY slight focus lag but it is very minor and the way web cams are used I don't see it as a problem. (See attached short sample video) The privacy lens cover is clearly an afterthought. It must be attached by the user using the included double sided tape. I suggest attaching the cover while the camera is plugged into the computer and is turned on and viewed through whatever video program is easiest for you to use. That way, you can make sure the lens opening of the cover doesn't cause any vignetting of the image. (Darkening of edges) For the user of the Mac Mini M4 in the USA, at least, I don't see much value in the control software. I think the image, sound and color control is good as is. I downloaded the control software and it can do things like change the refresh rate from 60 MHz to 50, adjust color, tint and saturation. and register the device for the warranty. But for how little this thing costs, I don't see much reason to give yet another tech vendor more of my information. I downloaded the software tried it out without registration, and uninstalled it. I'll use it if I run into any color or other set up issues. but I don't think I will leave it installed, and at the price of the camera, I doubt I will even register for the warranty. I think it offers good value for the money, and I would buy it again.

I was looking for a webcam that wouldn't require me to open my laptop during meetings. The camera needed to be quality. I transported it back and forth between home and office the first week, then bought a second one for the office because I was happy with the performance and ease of use. Good picture quality and autofocus even in low lighting. Easy to Adjust. Great find!

Great quality, video quality and value are amazing

Absolutely amazing camera!! The quality is exactly what I wanted and easy to use, I was able to use it immediately out of the box by just plugging it in. I bought this for video calling with my long distance partner and he immediately complimented the video quality even though I opt for the 1080 at 60fps rather than the 1440 or 2160 at 30fps. The autofocus is amazing for when I want to show him something in call and hold it close to the camera. My only issue is the camera mount itself, while at first it was fantastic and held itself well, the hinge has since worn down and loosened. I've taken to using a mounting putty to help hold it in place in the mean time. The audio quality is nothing special, especially since I already have a separate mic but in a pinch it works well.

This was the second Webcam that we purchased from EMEET. The picture quality and sound are good. No connectivity issues with our desktop computers. We had problems with the picture on one unit but it was quickly exchanged. I recommend and would purchase again.

Got this for my son’s PC so he could take drivers test and bonus to be on camera with friends. Very light weight, good video quality, easy to install. We haven’t used microphone, but does autofocus when speaking.

I ordered the 1080p one at first but the quality did not hold up to the example we see on Amazon. The quality was grainy and blurry, so I returned it and ordered the 4K one. It arrived in dented and crumpled condition in my mailbox (the photos show what the packaging looked like upon arrival) but I decided to open and try it anyways. The quality was 10 times worse than the 1080pm version. The auto focus kept focusing for no reason and the contrast looked very high, making the quality dip and look foggy. I have returned the 4K version and asked for a replacement. I assume it must be broken given the condition it arrived in. Hopefully the replacement will arrive in proper condition and hopefully work and look as advertised. This is just frustrating because I paid the delivery/shipping fees just to deal with this.

Excelente qualidade de imagem. Poderia ter apenas uma abertura no ângulo da imagem um pouco maior. Se você coloca-la ficar um pouco perto de você, a imagem fica muito próxima. Mas não posso reclamar! Excelente câmera e custo-benefício!
