I tend to use 2 or 3 per month which work out very well for longer runs. However, with this second box I've bought in April 2025, the expiry date caught my eye: June 2025. I checked the contents and half of the gels expire June 2025 and half expire on July 2025. 3 months to get through 20 gels will likely be more suitable for someone specifically training for long distance, not for occasional use.Checking against the first box, the expiry was March 2025, for a product purchased in May 2024 seems more reasonable.
