This was a lifesaver after I got my helix piercing! I was so worried about not being able to sleep on my side, but this pillow worked perfectly. It’s comfortable and firm enough that it supports my neck. The hole is also big enough that my ear doesn’t touch the sides and I have enough room to wiggle around and get comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this pillow enough for side sleepers with piercings.

Only second night with it, but works well. Head fits well, thick enough. I like that it is adjustable, they give instructions to add/remove padding for an individual fit, they just don't include any extra or say what or where to get it. That would be nice, but for me, fit is good as is. Will update if it changes with continued use.

I wish this was thicker so it could be used alone without causing neck pain. I had to use it on top of a flatter regular pillow for that reason. I needed this for 2 weeks after putting jewelry back in to 21 decades old ear piercings. This made it so I could sleep without pain because it's impossible to sleep on your back without turning your head at all.

I really love this pillow. It has made a huge difference in keeping comfortable while I sleep. Since I'm a side sleeper, sometimes I wake up during the night with ear pain. The hole in the center was just the right size for my ear with no pressure at all on it. The fabric is nice and soft, and the firmness seems just right for me. It doesn't squish inward, so my head stays supported. It's constructed very well.

It’s smaller than a regular pillow. A bit too firm. I haven’t taken stuffing out yet. Small opening.I haven’t washed it yet. No pillow case to take off and wash.

Works well to provide relief for a very sore ear. The quality is great, although I've not had it very long, so it hasn't needed washing yet.

Just what I needed!Firstly, it was comforting to discover that other people have this problem and somebody designed a product to address it. I have been using a rolled up towel under my jaw to lift my ear off the pillow, so it wouldn’t get so sore in the morning. This was a much more elegant solution. It was a bit too firm at first, but I used a back scratcher to scoop out a little bit of a foam through the zipper and now it’s perfect. What a difference it makes, and now I can sleep through the night.
