Very very excellent product.
Excellent quality product at very affordable price. I enquired in the local market, but, they are too too costly. So, I opted for this one, which turns out to be an excellent product. Very reasonable in price, sturdy and got more than expected. Thankyou Amazon Basics. Highly recommended product.

Don’t waste you money on cheap stuff
So I bought this product on 17/april/ 25 and m writing this review on 15/january/26 after using it for good 10 months first when I ordered this product I got a faulty locker which I replaced twice and then finally when this one came it came without the keys. Still I thought let give it a try then suddenly it stopped working I still don’t know the reason and there’s no customer support available if you looking. To buy something which is actually good for your precious belonging then don’t waste your money here

Worst Brand and service
This is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon Basics. I bought their locker and within a short time it stopped working. For more than one month I kept contacting customer service. Instead of helping me, they only made excuses. They kept rejecting my invoice and warranty slip again and again, saying the format was wrong or unclear, even after I sent it more than 15 times. Every time they promised that once I send the documents a technician will come, but nothing happened. The product is of very poor quality and the customer service is even worse. They are not ready to solve the problem and only waste the customer’s time. Buying Amazon Basics products is a big mistake. I will never buy this brand again and I suggest others also stay away. Worst experience on Amazon.
