The shipping date kept getting pushed back for some reason possibly due to weather. I cancelled the order. I have friends that has a rip stick and it’s worth the money.

This is worth it. Regardless of what type of shape you're in, this will work. You'll feel it in a good way and work areas usually neglected.

This is so portable and it helps with my arm workout. The reason for the 3star review because I tried contacting the merchant to order more bands and my email came back multiple times. The phone number is not a working number that’s on the box. I’m gonna check with a hardware store on the availability of bands🙄

So simple and so practical. I am so glad I found this exercise device.It's easily adjustable for anyone's fitness abilities and you will get a good upper body workout.

I am amending my original 1 star review. My initial order was shipped without the rubber bands making the device useless. The company contacted me of their own volition and asked how they could make it right. They sent me a whole new device with bands. Excellent customer service. The device is compact and makes for an excellent travel exercise device. The bands create a lot of tension. Really good for isometric movements.

Dope workout tool

Worked until about 3 weeks of use and then the rubber resistance band broke. It was not from making it go super far trust me

It’s incredibly portable—at just over a pound, I can toss it in my gym bag or even a drawer at home, so it’s ideal for those with limited space.Using the resistance bands, I can really feel my upper body working, and it’s easy on my joints, which is a huge plus. The adjustable resistance with two different band options gives flexibility, though I wish there were more levels for finer adjustments. The handles, though light and functional, could get slippery during a long session, so I sometimes wear workout gloves for a better grip.It also comes with a basic exercise guide, but I ended up searching online for more routines. Overall, this little device is perfect for a quick, effective workout on the go. It’s a versatile addition to my fitness routine that’s both affordable and surprisingly effective for strengthening and toning my upper body.
