I won't lie, the picture on Amazon is a little deceiving... this thing is huge and pretty awesome... a little expensive but hopefully worth it in the end for my little Minecrafter...

My 6 year old is obsessed with Minecraft, so getting this was the perfect gift for her. First impression was that the box was a lot larger that we anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. While Christmas is still over 2 months away, we went ahead and opened each window early for the purpose of the review process. She loved making guesses of what would come next and enjoyed putting everything together into a cute desktop scene. It makes an adorable computer desk decoration. She also loved the sparkly stickers that were included. At $35, I feel the price point is a little high, but for a special themed figure set, it makes sense. I'd personally be more comfortable paying $25-30 for the set as I am used to paying about $10 per figure for other Minecraft sets. I don't think my daughter would be able to handle the anticipation if we had limited the openings to one per day, so if I were to do this again, I'd make it more of a reward chart to get through it faster and be able to enjoy for the holidays rather than completing the set on Christmas and having to put away a few days later.
