These have a screw hole in the bottom which Is great for refills and stops water going ever were when when you put it erect

Fortunately, I bought this as a standby water hopper and wasn’t solely reliant on it.It arrived squashed in a plastic bag so was bent out of shape. I was about to go away on a long holiday so did not have time to mess about with an exchange. I have managed to fix it together but the water leaks out every time, no matter what I do to get back it’s original shape. The plastic is too soft and has also faded in the sun unlike my other which I have had for years and looks like it’s brand new.I would not rate this product at all and would suggest that if you can afford a few more pounds it will be better spent on a more robust, leakproof alternative.

The cap to fill the container with water is on the bottom?? Prone to leak and means you have to invert it to add more water.And then when inverted it doesn't stand level?? So prone to spilling and tipping over, plus the metal handle has to be bent inwards to securely carry it.

Very flimsy, out of shape probably squashed in transit

Great value for money. Much smaller than I thought it would be but that was down to me being a newby to chicken stuff and having no idea of what sizing these things are. This was cheap enough that it really didn’t matter that at some point soon I will want to buy a bigger one

Arrived with a strange hole in the bottom so the water would have just leaked out. I fashioned a repair and seal with masking tape- time will tell if it will still hold water for long. Also plastic quite thin- already bendy from handling during transit, so will have to wait and see.
