100% makes my lobes look like I just got them pierced 47 years ago - when Im wearing earrings! Able to wear my heavy stud earrings without looking like they are about to fall out of my ears. Best purchase I've made in a while. There's a learning curve to get placement correct but worth the time. Other supports were visible around the bottom of my lobe. These are totally hidden, low profile but still effective.

I am a man that has had pierced ears for more than 20 years, and never had a problem with holes starting to stretch out - until recently. I have no idea what's changed (I've worn the same earrings for almost as long as my ears have been pierced), but I noticed about a month ago that my left earring was starting to sag as the hole was becoming elongated. Thinking there was simply nothing I could do about it, I decided to do a little research yesterday, and came across someone talking about this particular product. I figured I wouldn't be out much if I didn't have success with them, so placed the order. First, the order came a day sooner than I anticipated. Nice. Second, I thought I was buying a box of 60 patches - but I received TWO boxes of 60, so essentially I ended up with a BOGO deal. Also nice. Next, I read the directions, and after cleaning the back of my earlobe with an alcohol prep pad, I applied a patch and attempted to insert my hoop earring, again doing as the directions instructed and placed my thumb on the patch as I pressed the post of my earring into it. Many reviewers have stated they had trouble with this, but I found that it worked QUITE easily on the very first try. I couldn't have imagined doing as those reviewers do and recommended, which is poking a hole in the patch first, then trying to line the hole in the patch to the hole in my earlobe as I applied it, hoping things went right! Luckily, I didn't and won't need to. As long as your earring has a nice solid post and you place the thumb of your free hand on the patch as you gently-but-firmly insert your earring, you shouldn't have a problem with this step, either. I've been wearing this patch for a full day now, and the patch is just as secure as it was when I first applied it. I can already tell that this is going to be an excellent value for the money, and I'm going to start wearing a patch on my other ear, too, BEFORE it starts stretching out the way my left one did! An ounce of prevention, after all... This is definitely going to become a new staple in my life, and I cannot adequately convey my overall sense of relief that there is an inexpensive, uncomplicated, effective solution to the hole-stretching concern! Now I need not fear that there will eventually be cosmetic surgery in the distant future - which alone and in-and-of-itself is WELL worth the nominal price of these patches!

Very useful , have been using from past two years for heavy and even light earrings to make sure they hold earrings at perfect angle!! Very good for my mother in law! Ordered many times ! Durable and stays at place, thick enough but invisible and fits any size of ear lobe

These simple lobe supports are thin, easy to use and work very well. The reason for using these is that over time ear piercings become enlarge with time. The sports aid in preventing an earring from falling out of that enlarged hole.

I had reluctantly started to research ear lobe surgery to correct overly-extended holes (40 years of "drag" has made them more like arrow-slits!) and came across this product in my search results. What an incredible difference they are making already. Earrings (eg. long-drop/dangly post earrings) that I haven't worn for ages I can now do so again. Thought my future was clip-earrings only! I may even now not bother looking at surgical correction. Haven't tried them with hook earrings yet, but delighted with effect on all others. Not finding fiddly at all (some reviews have I think.) They also stay on for longer than a day, if you don't wash your hair every day.
