This is an excellent product. It offers immediate release of 2 mg of liquid melatonin in your mouth to help you fall asleep faster. I spray it directly under my tongue for fastest absorption. The taste is pleasant to me because it tastes like sweet orange. It helps me fall asleep quickly most nights. It also offers 215 pumps of the 2 mg dose per bottle. This is a fabulous value for the money! The pump can become clogged after many uses, but is easily cleaned by running under warm water. It’s a convenient function to help most people fall asleep quickly. My only disappointment is not in the product, but in that I get used to it so it takes more to make me sleepy. Otherwise, I highly recommend this if you need help falling asleep.

I don't rely on this spray for a do-all sleep solution, but for an occasional "get back to sleep" in the middle of night, I think it works quite well at helping with that.

When I first used the product it worked as it should. When I tried it a week later it wouldn’t spray. I removed the nozzle and cleaned it with hot water and dish soap and It worked again. After several uses it would only do a weak stream. I tried cleaning it again but couldn’t get it to spray.After my complaint the company contacted me via Amazon and said sorry and refunded my money.I might have missed a way to contact them and the chance for them to make it right. The refund was not offered in exchange for anything.I believe a sprayer problem is possible infrequently due to the fine mist (that I want) and I’ve not seen any complaints showing it to be more than unusual. That’s why I wanted to contact them before a bad review. So now I know they have good customer service and I’ll order again.

This melatonin spray is a neat alternative to chewable melatonin. This spray is easy to use as you just spray until you get to the desired dose of melatonin you want. I like that’s it’s only 2 mg per spray. This melatonin spray helps promote sleep and is effective and fast. The taste however is not go great. The taste is pretty bad. It have orange and peppermint oil in it and the combination is bad.

I have been looking at a more convenient way to take supplements and decided to give this spray a try. At first I was skeptical, but it seems to be working as expected. It is a much more convenient way to take supplements than pills or liquid drops, but work just as good.
