Good job I am retired and have time to waste
Liked the look of this product but have found the instructions to use it a nightmare. I am fairly competent at IT. The instructions in book are unreadable because of tiny print in light grey font. Used QR reader in book - worked but instructions didn't seem to be for the same IT. Tried Youtube Xiaou videos better but still not easy and had to use knowledge my knowledge of how IT things work to use. Finally tried to change from Kilos to pounds and stones (I'm English) and found that calibration can only be changed to lbs (for American market). I would ignore this if I wan't so doubtful about the user friendliness of the app to track the info I want easily. I am an Apple user, all my devices are synced via Apple - perhaps if I used Microsoft things would be better. The scales cost less than I was expecting to pay - I would have preferred to pay more and get better customer help.

Fluctuating readings
The app is good and easy to set up but the weight results are erratic. I saw an increase of 600g intone space of a minute and this has happened more than once despite new batteries

Wouldn’t pair up with my phone!
After downloading the app, setting up an account and following all the instructions…the scales would absolutely not connect to blue tooth nor pair with my phone…despite trying on two separate devices.I had to send it back for a refund…complete waste of time!

Inconsistent readings, annoying.
I have to take three readings. First one is usually wrong, second is usually right, third to check which one is right.Also no way to not take heart rate, I'm not interested in that and it takes a while to read.I'm awaiting support feedback but I'll probably send it back.

Typical Chinese tat unfortunately
Typical Chinese tat. Reads differently if you step on it twice. Requires terrible Chinese app to do anything more than basic weight. Avoid.
